Hey Rachel! I work at an ER, and from my experience the “point and shoot” thermometers are very inaccurate. Rectal temps and oral temps are the most accurate
11:21 - Sorry to butt in twice like this, but there's a workaround to the automated remote arm thingy. You can tape or glue a slight extension to either the thingy or on the surface you're trying to connect to in order to have things communicate with each other. It's not a total ass-pain, but it also keeps your investment protected. 😌

We used one of those thermadors and it was never accurate. Definitely better to use one that goes in your ear like doctors etc use. Love your videos! You guys never fail to put a smile on my face ☺️
I have the switch bot for my kitchen light switch n while it was a pain to line up n place correctly. It works amazing on my light switch! Never thought of using for my coffee machine, big brains!

I’m laughing so hard at this; listen the thermometer is correct idk if most people that aren’t in the medical field know about this but your temperature besides varying along the 24hrs (a days cycle) it also varies between regions you usually check your temperature in. So forehead will be “a bit colder” than if you take a tympanic (ear) temp, while the latter will be higher than if you take your temperature under the tongue or under your axila (armpit) and so on and so forth. Yes the most accurate values are if you stick it up your bottom 😂 but usually we only do that for babies, usually under the tongue is the most accurate I’d say for young to older kids teens and adults and elderly. I’d give you values in Fahrenheit but I only learnt in Celsius 🙈 hope this helps ❤

My mom is similar where her normal body temp is actually around 96 so her fevers don’t worry most doctors

I'm almost certain that the reason the toaster toasted exactly that way is because the glass cant reflect the heat like metal. in a normal toaster, the even toasting comes from the surrounding metal, and without that it wont be even
for the charger the apple watch actually works as a clock when charging and on its side the way the newer charging station holds it. you just have to tap and the time and day show up so that sort of works in place of the phone standing up
My parents have that toaster and it’s actually really fun to watch but it takes a million years of course when you watch some thing. I’m not picky when it comes to toast although I do prefer it to be a little darker.
The scrolling thing would actually be useful for me. My right thumb is like bigger these days from all the scrolling and it hurts. I’m not gonna put the phone down!!!! I’m gonna get one of those 😂😅
I think your use case with the button clicker is wrong, it has to push too hard for what it’s made for. It’s better as like a keyboard clicker or a flat button.

Those stupid thermometers are absolute crap. During the pandemic, our temperature would get taken (or was supposed to be) when we came in and then we were supposed to take customer's temps if we were giving vaccines. My temperature would be like 92° sometimes. 🙄 Like... I was an alive human being so obviously not accurate. Then there were a few times the SM would take our temps coming back from lunch (in the middle of summer in SE Texas) and it'd be like 106°. 🤣🤣

You can bend the charger into a triangle and still charge your watch and phone but gives your phone and angle so you can see from bed
