you could use the belt as a dog walker thingy
the weighted hoop i think is actually a good product. i’ve seen it on tiktok and there genuinely are people out there losing weight from this. they seem to love it, say they have more fun with that then other workouts, and are seeing the results they want which i think is great for them:) i think it also just depends on the person!
It works i have gone down 2 👗 size. But before i didn't move very much i think that's why i help me 🤷♀️
I definitely agree that the product works and many people have had success with it but her review does also make sense. 1. The 800 calories in 30 minutes while may be possible is definitely not going to be the results the majority are going to see 2. Rachel is not the ideal demographic for the product she has gym equipment enjoys working out and does it regularly so to someone living an active lifestyle already it probably would be pretty useless

The hoola hoop thing is actually a work out if you do it for long enough. It’s cardio so it won’t develop any abs and probably won’t burn as many calories as it says, but it does work

Rachel, for the Chill O Matic thing, please make your own with a suction cup on the end of a drill bit and spin it in the freezer for 60 seconds with your drill on low speed, because we don't explosion of soda everywhere, unless Emily opens it, lol.

your sister tried one of the fur remover things and she didnt like it but you can also use a furminator its a brush for your dogs that works great on dogs and carpets we use it all the time

Chill thing is a nope. Drop it off at a thrift store and then see if someone else out there buys it and hauls it for their video. Lol
I use a regular brush with soft bristles but pick a stiff soft bristled brush. It gets all the hair from Carpets and furniture and don't scrap the fabric.
What is so funny to me is I got some of those hair removal scrapers fr Christmas last year and I use it ALL THE TIME. So when you showed it at the beginning I knew it was going to work. It seems silly to get those got Christmas I know but as a 31 year old - I loveeee it!!!

With the Chill-O-Matic thing try putting the ice in before the can because it seemed like the can was too heavy. If the ice is in first maybe the can could rotate on an ice bed?

The white board would have been so helpful in the TikTok lives! You would have been able to read it from one side and the live could read it on the other side. You wouldn’t have to worry about the words being flipped

You might need to use a hammer to make your ice bits smaller. I think that is why it was getting stuck with the soda.
My mom teaches yoga and you’re told to not do exercises where you’re upside down. My mom did once and she bled excessively her next cycle. I imagine this is similar.
