Being in optical for over 10 years, instead of urgent care I recommend going to an optometrist if that ever happens again. They’ll be able to put a patch on (pretty much a contact that doesn’t have a prescription) that’ll make the pain 100x easier to deal with while the eye heals. Hope this helps! 😊

We cleaned our dishwasher filter thing after 2 years. We also always pre rinse dishes. It will let you know when it needs to be cleaned. You'll smell it. Lol

I had the exact same thing happen to me, well, my daughter scratched my cornea. My optometrist put a protective lens (like a contact lens) in & that made a world of difference with the pain bc nothing was rubbing on it or the wind wasn't blowing in it. I also wore an eye patch for a while 🤣🤣 they light really bothered it, it was the only thing that helped! HOPE IT GETS BETTER SOON! ❤

Totally understand where you come from... I have some eye problems and there are so many days in which one eye or the other feel like they are filled with sand ... Rocky sand... It's a way of torture indeed! Freaking dry eye syndrome. 😒😭

Lowes treats their employees like crap! Imagine no AC in summer, no heat in winter. Mice and rats running all over. I'm sure there are worse things about working there, this is just what I've seen
Rinsing dishes before putting in the dishwasher is very counterproductive and uses like 3 times the water than is required. If in a drought prone area definitely an easy way to save water by not rinsing. I am from a very drought effected area in Aus they really push for people to use dishwashers to clean but no rinsing before. ❤

My twins first Boxing Day I accidentally poked myself in the eye with my own finger 😖 didn’t see anyone about it for days, when I did they just gave me eye drops to keep it lubricated. Ended up with scar tissue that had a teeny tiny flap of eyeball (is it skin? Nope for want of a better name I’m using eyeball lol) that would regularly irritate me when the flap sat the wrong direction. Eventually I met a new eye doctor who firstly was fascinated with the teeny tiny flap of eyeball & secondly gave me better eye drops that helped & after suffering for 6 years my eyeball flap ceased to be painful 🎉

I've scratched my eyes many times bcuz I used to rub my eyes while I slept. Its horrible! I wanted to sneak the bottle of numbing drops out of the clinic, but I'm too honest & chicken. I have found that a cool compress helps to minimize the pain.
Who needs this much cilantro? I do. We use 2 bunches like that every time we have tacos. My husband used it instead of lettuce
I know this won’t be seen by many and it’s definitely too late for yours, but you can totally freeze avocados!
The next time you buy cilantro and you don’t use it all you could give it to Gail, so doesn’t go to waste chameleons could have cilantro
i suffer from recurrent corneal erosions for 4 years since i was 20, it is worse than any period pain, injury, etc. probs due to dry eyes. i understand the pain you're going through, from my eye specialist, try to not use the numbing drops too much due to the possible lost of vision side effects, go see an eye specialist for antibiotic and anti fungal drops
i also use the vision accessibility function since i cant open my eyes, just listen to podcast and audiobooks for entertainment

Rachel please have some mercy for our planet, stop prewashing dishes for the dishwasher! It's extremely wasteful and totally unnecessary. Your dishwasher is designed to clean it all, using less water than hand washing
