- I stopped in to the Dollar Tree to see what new items they have for back to school 2017! As a teacher, I was not disappointed in the selection and variety of back to school items! Check out this shop with me and haul for back to school!

Wow your dollar tree is so neat and organized...my dollar tree seems to always be stocking and have boxes everywhere...I even find myself opening boxes myself to get things to organize with!!!

A Merry Journey If you love shopping for school supplies, you could always contact a local school and see if they have a list of things that students in need would need for the new school year.
We do an adopt a child program. where you can buy supplies for a child. I know a lot of teachers who go to the Dollar Tree and buy a few pairs of socks and loads of supplies for the low income neighborhood

You've touched my teacher-y heart with all of your great finds. 😊 Love those three section trays- the compartments are longer than in other trays they've had in the past. The flexible cutting boards are great for play dough and crafts, too.

If you go on Dollar Tree's website... You can purchase everything you need in bulk as an educator and it's not too overpriced. I am a first year SS and ELA teacher and it has been a wonderful resource for me.

I have not had kids in school for over 4 years and I still love back to school goodies. You can buy from $Tree by the case and have it sent to your store no shipping costs. You have to purchase the whole case, but could split the cost with other teachers. Love your videos and your mom does a great job filming. 😊

Okay so.. I'm 21 and I'm still in community college. I will see class decor and different things and I'm like they won't have this when I start teaching.
Sooo. I got a storage container a little bit bigger than a box and I started buying stuff for my classroom so that when I DO have my Classroom I don't have to start at square one when I got my degree. I have rules though that I can't buy too many things at once and I can't spend more than 5$ on one item. Dollar tree and target dollar spot are where I got 90% of my things collected so far. I'm so glad I allowed myself to buy stuff for my future classroom because it excites me, makes me happy, and motivates me to do my best and stay in school. I am having bad health issues right now so I am taking only 1 or 2 classes and I tell myself it's not the amount that I get done, it's the fact that I keep on trucking. It's okay if it takes me longer, just as long as I never give up.

Those round containers with the lid, I use them for pens. I have a ton of pens that I use for my happy planner and they all fit in there perfectly.

This is the go to store for majority of your things and I have been shopping at the dollar tree for the last 33 years. Love the dollar tree.

Your video is so nice, you showed everything that is currently available. The store was very organized. Now, YEAH!!!, I get excited to see all the school supplies which are available for kids! The parents & educators also get a break because the supplies are at a great price point, $1. Don't forget 1 cent sales at Staples!! I'll have to go to Dollar Tree and get my fix and get a few things, which I can use for my craft supplies. Need to view the videos of your craft room. Love your ideas! If you cannot find sandwich containers all the same color, why not color code by subject? Blue for Math, red for Reading, etc.

Love the Dollar Tree but you can find alot of cheaper school supplies shopping at Walmart, Target, Staples, etc.

Those round containers (@ 6:55) fit markers and pens perfect btw, I wish they came in a square version to line up in bins and things better, but love those!

I always pick up the cutting mats yes use for cutting, frig so easy just to wash weekly, craft mat for when I use glue, glue gun, also use in my planner, the pencil pouches always keep one in each of my folders like the clear ones so I can check that every thing I need for that folder is in it as a nurse I use them for nail clippers, green sticks and nail files, one for tape measure post notes, and pen and so forth, as you said can be used for different things, love using the containers for my crafts, also the only place I can find the 2 gallon bags, and the snack bags with measurements, like the calendar that you picked up for the binder hope to fine it and the budget book two things I buy every year, tfs

I am definitly going to the Dollar Tree before I go back to school next month. I think the organization stuff would be so great for my dorm! My mom works in a Pre-K class and also wants to go to the Dollar Tree to find things for the classroom. She'll be excited when she sees all of the stuff you showed in the video.

I went to two dollar tree stores today. I am excited about my fines too. I am a new folder stir shopper. watching your videos I decided I would check our stores out. found some great fines.

I will be on the watch for other sales too, i got composition notebooks last year @ my grocery BOGO and pencils, paper so they worked out to under $1 & a better deal than Dollar Tree. Pays to shop around.
