- Can't remember the year (the 90's). HIGNFY wins and the award is presented by pop group Steps who Paul Merton then insults

The hero of this video was Milligan - who never said a word.
The man was a legendary genius.
He doesn't really insult them. He makes a very light joke at their expense and it isn't even personal. He probably would have tried to do that to whoever was presenting the award. That's what comedians do.
