Seems to me that the songs produced in electronic music genres seem to have a lot of ingenuity behind them initially which makes them that much more intriguing to both the listeners and future producers who are inspired by them. The issue occurs when those future producers try to take too much inspiration from that initial group of self-driven producers and flood the market with similar sounding or subpar music. Happened with 90's rave and high-tech, happened with Dubstep. The novelty of the listening experience deteriorates as one becomes accustomed to the genre coupled with the flooding of the market leads to genuine disenchantment. Ultimately the listener can either put up with the stagnation of the genre or listen to other things. I think this also kind of happened with Hip-Hop where the old school songs had more thought put into them and you could find many songs that had meaning to their lyrics and ingenuity to their sound, but now the entertainment industry pays producers to make effectively the same songs over and over again to fill slots on radio stations and Spotify [or whatever other corporate funded service have you] playlists.

*shrugs* This mainstream thing is silly. People tend to like the same things. We're social creatures. Trying to break away from society is like a leaf trying to live without a tree.
It really is incredible how music has evolved. I'd kill to travel back in time, to say, 1955..pick up a cool beatnik person in their 20s and then take them to a dubstep live show in 2011. I imagine the experience would overwhelm and awe them. Because we're right in it, we take for granted how forward-thinking and ecstatic this music is. The archaic revival is in full swing indeed. This music is the marriage between 10,000BC primal dancing around a fire and a 10,000AD entheogenic auditory orgasm.

I once saw a video of 2 giant crocodiles ripping a gazelle in half and swallowing each chunk whole. That is the only thing I ever saw more raw than this.
Heard this on Never Say Die Records Facebook page... love this song. :D Every element works for me, but definitely loving the harpsichord sounds tucked around in there. :3
I come back to listen to this song and realize two things. 1. That is probably the nastiest drop I've ever heard. and 2. 1:36 was probably the crunchiest moment in dubstep history. It made me double over.
The reason why i like dubstep is because when you hear the drop... makes you think about so manny things. Just like when you se a sexy girl, you think of so many things you can do to her.
there def needs to be more dubstep songs that are as heavy and consistent as this, most arent that good, this makes me wanna like do something productively epic
I just fell asleep with the UKFDubstep playlist playing, had a dream of double teaming an avatar bitch with Tommy Lee Jones in full MIB attire. Best dream ever. This really happened.
lukaz20001 BELIEVE ME, IT'S TRUE. BECAUSE OF EXCISION, HE MADE ME REPLACE MY CURENT SUB WITH MY BASS AMP AND OVERPOWER THE WATT USAGE SO WHEN I PLUGGED IN MY NORMAL SUB AND PRESSED PLAY, IT FUCKING BLEW.
This sounds better than the skrillex stuff I listened to. This song is actually listenable and It doesnt sound like generic mainstream craptastic noise.
Splash is a fursona of a 13 year old girl with an unusual talent in animation. She used this song in a video describing the effects of dubstep on furries. The video is one of her furries, Plaid, listening to dubstep and changing colors.
Listened to this song for the first time this morning before school. Walked out of my house and walked into a huge fuckin' spider web. Totally worth it.
After 4 years, this track stills blowing me away! Really unique and original, i want Skeptiks back D: !

Everyone think I'm Mainstream because I love Dubstep. I'm the only guy in the city hearing that...
*shrugs* This mainstream thing is silly. People tend to like the same things. We're social creatures. Trying to break away from society is like a leaf trying to live without a tree.

I doubted my existence listening to this song.
Put the auto-play on shuffle, this is the fourth song I run into. Coincidentally my favorite.
alien 1: did you send the message to the humans on planet earth
alien 2: yes but they did not hesitate, they dance to it and call it dubstep
my favorite part of dubstep is wearing the headphones with it...
