Awesome to hear, can also talk about my experience recently interviewing at Entelect, 40 min both technical and behavioural, also asked me about my previous stacks, and then I had to answer OOP questions and demonstrate some OOP concepts on a white board (writing code), also an amazing experience with the Entelect team ! I did receive an offer aswell from that . My advice to juniors, do as many projects as you can, try new things, build shit ! This does count for you I promise ! Although leetcode isnt really used in SA it does help you with Data Structures and Algorithms so dont be scared to do it ! Make mistakes, run into problems ( this is why you do side projects ) and grow as a dev ! Goodluck
I used to be scared of interviews until I decided to go with the flow but the most important part is to make sure you’re skilled and aware of new tech stacks even though you’re not 100%, I really enjoy enjoy interviews nowadays
Idk about yall but I find interviewing so exciting 😅 like - you get to actually see how other companies evaluate your technical ability - it’s like seeing if you’re still on par/ahead of the ball
Awesome stuff bro. I graduated last year and am having trouble getting an internship/job, keep posting your journey so that when we get there as well we have some info.
I went through the same process, same company and I also couldn't finish the last assessment (the card game). Even though I did not accept the offer, the overall interview process was great.
Interviews can be nerve wrecking, it's refreshing to see someone sharing their experience. Just a question: what size is your monitor? I am looking for a new monitor, caught between 27 inch and 24 inch.
Please advice me on this bro: iI have been interning for about 18 months as an Oracle developer but I mostly did Java. I am more in love with OOP and I am considering changing companies due to this but I am not sure exacly how coz as much as I am aimimg on performing in my current company (this obviously mean doing more of the language which in turm will result in me spending less time doing OOP inhopes to move companies), I am really not sure on how I should transition. Could you or anyone advice on that please. great vid btw!

This video reminds me of the finance opportunity I once had, I messed up when they asked me components of balance Sheet 😭😭😭 how do I get such a thing wrong cuz I did it from high school to varsity 😅😅 it was my first interview though
Didn't you feel abit guilty for not taking the offer? I always feel abit guilty for wasting their time but I do give them valid reasons for not taking the offer.

A bit weird question but how does your CV look like, like the structure or rather which platform do you use to create your CV.

how did you get a job straight out of uni?...what did you do to prepare yourself?... where can i apply?
@mrsibiya if you dont mind me asking. Why didnt you take the offer? was the package not enough? thanks
One thing about being a dev the interview is harder than the job 😭 compared to the grad level questions to junior questions was it more intense?
