    Have had my 2020 6 cylinder RRS for 12k miles - surprisingly it’s been the best car I’ve bought in terms of quality so far. No issues other than carplay sometimes not starting up properly (but there are carplay issues with most cars). Not even a single rattle, misaligned trim piece etc. just a perfect car. Given the reputation I’m not sure if I have the guts to keep it long term but I’m tempted

      You only drive 10k kms a year? Factory warranty is good for 4 years or 80k kms. Get the extended if you plan on keeping it longer. Keep in mind how dated the tech will be in as little as 5 years. Even the tech (infotainment)we have now is extremely dated compared to the rest of the industry.

    • @richardh3587
      @richardh3587 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DrivenHard 10k miles not km. As long as carplay continues to work I’m not sure I care about the infotainment system being outdated. The car that most tempts me right now is the Porsche taycan. If I still want one at the end of my lease I might jump ship for that

    • @DrivenHard
      @DrivenHard  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ah you are leasing it too. Then just dump it at the end and get a one. Beauty of leases

    Range Rovers are great vehicles. Once you hit around 80,000 miles then all the maintenance $$$ kick in. I just got my sport out of the shop replaced both high pressure fuel pumps, 4 injectors and had an oil leak. $3800. $7000 since I hit 80,000 miles. Still love it though.

    • @foreversolvent5334
      @foreversolvent5334 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly at that point just sell it and buy a new one. Rinse and repeat.

    • @DrivenHard
      @DrivenHard  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yup. Unless you got an extended warranty or do the work yourself it’s a costly game to play at higher mileage

    • @DrivenHard
      @DrivenHard  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey George, so the front stabilizer link on the passenger side was replace. You could hear and feel very slightly that something was a tad loose when going over any sort of bump in the road.
      When the bushing were worn, you hear creaking and squeaking over any bump or when the suspension changes heights. Very annoying lol

    I mean most of the car's fault arent really the car's fault so i guess it's not as bad as what people say, but how many airsprings have you replaced?

    • @DrivenHard
      @DrivenHard  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's a brand new car, well 2 years, why the hell would the air suspension need work?? That would just be beyond shit quality. Those start going 7 to 10 years in most cases based on climate, use and other outside factors.

What happens sometimes is that the lower screen glitches and stays black. It doesnt boot up. I found a solution for this. Once i unlock my car, i dont turn on the ignition until the lower screen boots up (screens actually begin to load once u unlock ur car).
