These are perfect for the time between when you start a game before anything happens
In laning phase:
1) Dodge its W to prevent heals and bonus damage
2) Dodge her E (because all her kit is based on hit that spell)
3) Remember her passive cd
As counterpick is a champion that can easily dodge her E

and remember, you need to be careful if she has flash, because she can flash in the middle of the wall jump to extend her range and get the stun

Camille is my main (dont look at my name) and against Wukong or Poppy its hard, but u can also pick champs like Maokai or Ornn. Fiora is a skill matchup, both can win it
I am main too, I hate playing vs malphite because of his attack speed slow.. And yeah wukong is nightmare

PtA and max Q. On lvl 1-2 you can literally chunk 40% of his health with auto - Q - auto - quick recast Q - auto. After that you can easily zone him from CS.

HOW TO COUNTERPLAY ILLAOI

Dodge the slowest skillshots in the game and... walk... away, from.. her.. lul
stand under tower the intire game
By no means you are allowed to stand still anywhere. Keep moving at all times, frequently change directions, and whenever you're safe to do so, destroy her tentacles. She has solid poke, so champions with a lot of sustain are good against her, and also ranged champions destroy her. Ideal counter by that is Vladimir, but there are few others, Yorick is alright, Nasus is strong against her (you can stack Q on her tentacles), Quinn is good, Swain is good. Also, champions with execute ability (Darius, Garen, Urgot).

I feel like every time i am against camille she can never beat you 1v1
Only thing video teaches you is to time her passive, the rest is simple things like d o d g e s k i l l s h o t s (believe it or not its actually not good to eat them) or to engage after a champion wastes their cds, the counter champions are only centered around her engaging, Camille's laning isn't even the strongest part, she can free farm against these champions and scale like a god.

you can shut her down in laning face (her weaker fase) if you play renekton or darius
lol camille is underrated asf. i use it to climb from iron 2 to bronze 2 in no time. nobody understands that you have to legit cyberbully the camille player

How to counter Dr Mundo
Rush Executioner's calling if you're AD (if you're AP you're kinda fukt since only item with grievious wounds is Morellonomicon), pick a champion with %hp abilities, and pray to gods you can dodge his skillshots. Picking someone with very strong sustain like Vladimir is also good if you want to turn it into stalemate lane.

Marco Torres jax is a counter pick. The new conqueror and resolve tree works well for him. Fiora goes even with camille. They both can bait each others e's.
Austin Morabito Poppy is a counter to Camille definitely. Its up to the low elo players who cant counter properly.
Austin Morabito yes jax is also a counterpick, fiora is more like a skillmatch up, but poppy either stops your jump with W or smash you to the wall with E while on jump. You can outplay, like every champion in the game, but it is quite hard when both players are at the same level.
All of the champions you named are counters, but outplaying doesn`t mean it`s not a counter like Austin thinks.
Trynn is also an amazing pick against camille
