  • In todays video I show you How to install steel beams and update you on how the renovation project is going
    A loft conversion is a really great way to add value to a property as it is essentially adding the same footprint of your house again, increasing the sqm and therefore increasing the resale price.(do your own research into this), different roads have different ceiling prices etc.
    I also explain the cost so far with the loft conversion
    Hope you enjoyed this video

    In todays video I talk about some of the questions I got asked after uploading. How I quit my 9-5 day job. I also explains Side Hustles - that I know will help you make more money and become rich.
    how to make money is tough and remember if it was easy everyone would do it
    I wanted to give up millions of times but as they say the difference between success and failure is one more attempt.
    You have got this, don't care who you are what your situation is. everything is possible with a strong vision and the work ethic to action it.

    I would be ringing up and asking for % of your money back, poor service, poor communication and especially for the money you're paying, legit bang out of order, coming along very nicely! always look forward to seeing your next vids

    been loving the videos ... must confess i was wondering why you didnt remove upstars ceilings and joists and do as you suggested drop the steels and floor level but as you are living in the house your choice is now understandable ... you could still drop and chop the old stuff out and gain a few c.m on the ceiling height downstairs if you wanted ...

    Great videos but i still don't see the point in having such a heavy beam rather than the flitch beams. Why could you not use wooden partition walls in top of them rather than brick?

    What’s the ceiling height estimate for this loft room then guys ?

    • @havesomevision
      @havesomevision  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi mate! 2.5meter atm, but obviously will reduce with the buildup of floor and ceiling etc.

    OMG. How can some run company like this?! 🤦🏿‍♂️😂
    Fortunately my steel is going to cost only just under £1.5k (3x 5.8m long) but I'm going to install it by myself... At least that's the plan 🤷🏼‍♂️😄

      What company is that please?

    • @DanielPaprocki
      @DanielPaprocki ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@emmanuelopoku1875 I've just done my 2x 6m floor steel beams (152x152x30) I paid £1050 for steel and crane delivery. The driver put it into my loft through small hole (400x600) in my loft. I've installed steel by myself. It was signed off by building control already 🤷🏼‍♂️😎😄 Company is called STEELO. They are based in West London. They have cheap 19m crane delivery (£200 - £250) all prices include VAT.
      On thursday i expect another 6m, ridge beam (203x203x46) delivery.

      @@DanielPaprockiHow did you span 6m with a 152 beam? Thx

    • @DanielPaprocki
      @DanielPaprocki ปีที่แล้ว

      @@plummetplum Span between the padstones is 5.5m, I've ordered 2x just under 6m (I think it was 5.8m). Everything according to the calculations of structural engineer 🤷🏼‍♂️😄
