Me and my husband saw KC in Palm Springs.After the concert, he spoke to me 5 mins, He was very thoughtful, My mom passed away two days prior at 98 years old. She loved KC and his band, he kissed my hand, I'll always remember his kindness
I worked crowd control for them at Disney World in 1976. They performed in front of Cinderella’s castle. And I can tell you they were awesome! Powerful performance! And the crowd at that time loved them. Made me a fan on the spot!
Even after they were famous, KC would show up at some of the great Fort Lauderdale bars and just hang out like the rest of us. I still remember that and rum runners at the Bahia Cabana.

Before house music , Hip hop , there was K C and the sunshine band there no one who hasn't heard his hits and danced to it , Him and lot of Rock roll , salsa , jazz , actors would run thru the old neighborhood in the 70's in Brooklyn NY I MET HIM AT THAT time .It help me to appreciate good morals and giving those The benefit of the doubt and respect people.

This song was soo great in that time even in the 80s loved it out raging at clubs on a Friday and Saturday night with a couple friends was great and soo much fun .. not soo much now as now is soo much different then what it was .. was more safer back then..

KC wrote Rock Your Baby for George McCrae and thus began an uninterrupted chain of hits for several years. The songs all sound the same and are happy feel-good ditties. And they are timeless. Don’t underestimate the skill and talent needed to write timeless hits. KC is one of the best
I'm 66 now Peggy, and I still dance to Disco from the 70s! It's hard to find a club that still plays Disco these days though, but when we do; I'm there dancing like I'm on Soul Train!

KC and his band was the band for our company Christmas party about 20 years ago in Las Vegas. Joe Piscopo was the emcee. Fantastic time!
I had just turned 21, and the nightclubs were full of great dance music and KC and the Sunshine Band. Best part of my life!
Kc the one white man i saw who could shine James Brown Shoes with honor..he Keep the Black Music in the top for a life..
Even without KC black music has been and always be at the top - blacks are just natural at it.

I got to dance with evrey gilr and some the teachers and moms.
