I have a 65S model and have followed all instructions. My iphone does connect to the fan WIFI network when I directly connect the fan wifi network, but when I get to the portion of APP where the top of the page says "Connect," and I attempt to click on the button of the APP that says "Device is in normal mode," and then select any of the 65 models (z, H, Q, X are listed; there is no "s" listed in the list), after a few seconds the APP shows "Connect failed." What am I doing wrong?
