I have this small mini altar called a spellstation, a seller at etsy sell them and it have a slit so you can use a Tarot card as a background so I often use this and find a card that fit in energy to the working as the altar backdrop. I use Tarot cards to add to petitions putting them under the candle holders when doing candle buring rituals. I mark the circle with an enetire deck I like at times and I do pathworking or try to embody a card who's energy I might need that day.
Great video, with wonderful ideas for incorporating our cards into our magical workings. I believe we each get to develop and define our magical practice as it works best for us. No one can tell us how we should practice magic or spirituality. We can get inspiration and ideas from books, cards, TH-cam videos, friends etc, but in the end it’s what works for us. The way you described using The Witches Wisdom is exactly how I use mine. It just didn’t work as an actual tarot as much for me…but wow the imagery will just take me somewhere & calm me… I’ve never done any kind of path working with my decks yet…I have been feeling like it’s time lately.

As a budding witch, this is so wonderful. I've been obsessed with decks for the past couple of years but I haven't done much magical work besides reading and journaling.. I love how you utilize them in spell work, that is the one thing I've always gotten too overwhelmed by and sort of freeze and don't move forward. So thank you for sharing this. I have always had a love of writing and I guess I hadn't thought about how many ways that I could utilize that passion for magical things.

my magical practice doesn't look like anything ive seen before. Yours is the most similar I've found. TONS of journaling, ritualized journaling, magical journaling. not a lot of "classic" spell craft and such.
Mine has evolved to be my own thing and journaling just kinda grew alongside it. It used to be just kinda a support to it and then it really became the focus. 🙂 Thank you for watching! ❤️
Thank you for sharing how you use cards in your magical practice. I pull cards and have them sit around the houe where I can see them through out the day. It helps me to refocuse my energy. I liked the quick energy focus meditation using the card images. It reminds me that I can take a few minutes to meditate. Most of the time I don't because I feel I have to take a longer amount of time to persue meditation. These were great tips! Take care, Amber
