If it weren't for my parents help when I run into an emergency I'd be screwed! And anything I borrow I have to pay back they don't just give me money for free! My mom literally keeps a bill for me. And I make a decent amount of money not a lot but enough I should be able to live more comfortably. We need Trump asap!

My question is- we were at $36 trillion in debt when congress passed the bill months ago for Ukraine to receive another $20+ billion and Israel’s was $13 billion. Israel’s was withheld this whole time* - but they’ve continued to pass far more for Ukraine - and the deficit doesn’t show any of these massive spending packages. I think we’re actually in much worse shape than we are being told by the media.

The bottom line for our economy is fuel. Fuel to make, fuel to ship, fuel to sell, fuel for customers to get to the store. It's all about fuel. So, our fuel has gone up 100%. So that would dictate the cost of everything else goes up 100%. Then you figure in all the regulations and taxes that have gone up over the last 3.5 years. Then figure in higher wages in many places. The fact that our food, all be it, has gone up an incredible amount, it hasn't gone up enough to cover all the new expenses businesses have been facing and gouging on top of that. I only listed the absolute basics where bills have gone up. Honestly, I'm amazed it hasn't gone up a lot more.

I'm 60 years old. I remember inflation in the 70s. The inflation was the government's fault, and they also tried to blame "price-gouging." Until we changed our energy policies, we had inflation.

Who is price gouging though? I live in a small tourist town. Walmart groceries are cheaper cause they have purchasing power.
