Can anyone apply for PR (EOI) regardless of any visa he/she holding currently (e.g, study. work permit, visitor etc.) or there is any restriction like one currently studying under study permit hence can't do PR filing
Everyone can apply PR...but PR is not any product u can opt any time...apart from express entry Canada is dived into provinces and there are many PR programs u have to check ur eligibility in each PR program and go for it
