If you have a full time job or job offer for minimum 2 years. You can apply for PNP in PEI. Check the for the eligibility criteria and apply. Get PnP and then PR will be easy.

That is correct the deadline was 19th march anything after that you to met with new guidelines which is masters, doctorate or bachelor degree program. So if you really want to bring him here you need to switch to master or he can come on separate study visa but it will be expensive option

Take some prove from then and call immigration directly to see what’s exactly going on. There is a chance that LMIA can take more than 6 months but you can’t trust an agent blindly so make sure cross check him
Check your duties letter if it comes under TEER 13100 you will be eligible for 50 points in CRS points calculator and Canadian experience points after 1 year of education. It’s beneficial just make sure have your plan ready for PR. Try yo give IELTS general in India. If you can score good enough bands to touch 500 points mark you’ll be able to get PR in 1-2 years

They don’t need to rent 1 bhk just rent a room in a shared apartment or house. Edmonton has one of the cheapest housing in Canada

No she cannot. Teaching and nursing both are the licensed profession so she needs to study from Canada and get a license.

Yes there are tones of options. You have to apply a job in Canada and if any company ready to hire you they can give you LMIA.
