btw lon absolutely killed it with the illustration. please go give him a follow on his socials because we were both very delusional to work on this and in his words we achieved 70% ferryness

I haven't seen anyone to point this out maybe it's obvious HOWEVER
Let's look at the art (fabulous one!) - more exactly what does black threads bind. For Dima - as in "Convergence" - it's his neck, and lyrics on close-up are "High on the overpass, god, it'd feel nice to be so brash". Yura sees how powerful Dima is, how he can afford to be higher than anyone without any hollow words au contraire to Yura ("bark harsher than a bite" - Occam's Razor)... However these powers are the only one "voice" that Dima has in this world since no one would listen to his words ("I've an objection not one you can overrule since men like me have the right to be cruel" - Comfort Zone) and at this point (Convergence is the newest song now) he can't use them at all because it will be used against him so we can say that he's in helpless spite as much as Yura.
About Yura's black thread - it's tied on his pinky, lyrics on close-up are "yet, i don't know anything (though it'd nice to set you free)". Pinky swear. Yura can't keep any promises at this point, he needs his plan to be done and will do almost anything for it ("i'm not one to see people as a means to meet an end but some ventures require a sacrificial lamb" - Occam's Razor), even his words about "setting Dima free" are about possibility, not even slightly a promise. However there's another interpretation i do consider a stretch but listen. Pinky is controlled by many muscles and without this one finger our grip actually loses a half of strength. Yura is "without" it - and Yura is *weak*. He's weak physically - he smokes and at least he's not figher against Dima; he's weak mentally - he can't handle his life so he drowns in alcohol and agression being able to confront his emotions only with Katya; and he's even weak in this situation - he doesn't hold any power as Dima, he has no connections as Sergei or Olga, his plan is using information to get their help, trying to turn events on his hand. Helpless spite because of everything of this world because he's so weak and can fight it only on words. And this makes him and Dima such great parallels, nemesis and people that need each other and resent each other at the same time.
In conclusion they hatekiss each other (kismesis if you want) and both Yura and Anya have great taste in men.

Little late to the party (Joke intended), but I really like how Yura is framed tilted as being above Dima after Dima says "How did you get inside my brain". Dima maybe PHYSICALLY dominating him, but Yura is defiantly beating him on a mental level.

Two references I don't see people mentioning is the circles at 1:07 which are also found in Punch It, Punk.
And the bars at 1:17 which feel like a reference to Comfort Zone and how Dima broke the bars of the MV, symbolising his freedom, but now the bars are forced there, possibly symbolic of how he's lost his freedom, and now is once again being used as tool to fulfill someone's end goal.
