It's interesting seeing that as much as Sanya resents sergei's control of her, they have similar fears. Sergei does not want to lose the last person he'd ever considered family, and neither does Sanya. When you look at STRIKE 3 and 100 EPITAPHS side by side, although the two have diverging goals, in the end both Kazarins are tired and scared to lose what they love. Furthermore, both Kazarins are seeing their loved ones start to slip away before their eyes.
I don't say this to mean Sanya necessarily loves Yura in a romantic context. Some crushing might have been there at the start, but I can only see their bond as platonic, personally. Regardless of the muddy line between romance and comradery, Sanya cared for him. And she's watching him kill himself.

She got a new little sister in her found family, one that really clearly helped Yura deal with some shit and become a better person, and suddenly Katya is literally taken away and her older brother is directly responsible. And this ultra dangerous plan they're doing could easily end in either Sanya getting Katya back or losing Yura.
There is also a conection about the way they react to losing someone. At 0:11 and 3:40 they have the same expression, so it seems they both feel the same about the constant loss of people in their lifes. The thing is that it seems they deal with it in different ways, Sergei tries to protect the little left he has, whilst Sanya (under Yura's influence) is willing to put her life on the line to help those she loves.
Under the "Strike 3" video, one person noted how much the events of "The Mill" affect Sergei: his girlfriend could go to jail, his friend is dead, and the person he tried to put on the right path now seems to have gone crazy, and in this episode we can also see that he drags Sergei's sister into his not good business, Sergei loses the only remaining close person, the last part of a family, loses his sister completely and he can't do anything about it..... His look on this moment........ He doesn't have anyone right now, he's alone, he's abandoned.... My heart is broken....... There was a one person's thought, that all this problems are actualy coming from Sergei, like if he haven't been too overprotective, Yura couldn't have such status in Sanya's eyes and things must turn differently. I can't help but feel bad for Sanya and Sergei. After seeing Sanya fight back against him, he realised it was pointless trying to stop her from being as reckless as Yura, instead letting her do what she wants in defeat. And it seems Sanya also partially agrees with her brother's point of view of trying to protect her, or at least can see the reason behind it, which is why she sings the same melody as Sergei and is so unsure when Yura smiles at her.
Sanya connecting to Dmitry on an emotional level is so cool. I love that she talked about KT and tried to forge a bond with him, I think that was actually a good call (even if she did it in a reckless way)! Also. Sergei was really about to beat up a teenager. Loved Yura's smug face when Sanya came to his defense. I really liked the lyric "I chose to shut my eyes, you chose to bare your teeth", too. Great work as always Ferry!
To be honest, I don’t blame him. He’s had this conversation so many times with him. He fucked up bad enough that he kicked him out. And he had the gall to come back and ‘corrupt’ the only thing he had left that he loved. I’m not saying it’s good that he was about to, but his motive is compelling.

this song is so heartbreaking… like it’s just sanya going “i refuse to let anyone else die” and changing herself to become what she thinks she needs to be to save everyone she loves, even if it puts her in danger. even if she grows apart from her brother. even if she’s drawn further into yura’s plans. she will break bones, both others and her own, to keep her loved ones safe.
@@bromophenolblue see i actually thought somewhat the opposite? since “break my every bone” was said before sanya interrupted sergi and yura’s fight, that one seems more like it could come from sergi than “break your every bone”. i thought it made more sense for “break your every bone” to be from sanya’s pov after she appears on screen. it could also be argued that sanya is hurting sergi with her dangerous ideas too, hence the “break your bones” in a more metaphorical sense. the lines could also be seen as coming from both of them, signaling the beginning of an arch where sanya begins to act more and more like her brother, or at least begin to understand where he’s coming from

I enjoy him because he's often such a tragic dumbass. a good chunk of his problems, especially in regards to Sanya could have been solved if he just... cared and compromised. Not staying in the rigigd idea that he has to control her life and remove everything that, maybe, potentially, could hurt her. Making her want to get closer to Yura even more und leaving her without a support system that isn't connected to either of them If he cared more about truly understanding, why Yura is absolutely going ape shit and dragging everything and everyone with him, he might have still been able to talk some semblance of sense into him. But instead he just blames the kid for the things that are partially his fault. He's a wonderful tragic character just like everyone else. Also there is a difference between two kids not wanting to be experimented on and running away to protect their life and him being a controllfreak, who at least has some reason to be a control freak, but is still just digging his own grave, by giving like the worst phrased advice a soul could give.

He was right that Katie could potentially endanger Sanya by being with her, but only thought of her has a dangerous mutant, not the homeless little sister Sanya and Yura basically adopted. So instead of handling the situation any other way, or even just talking to somebody first (like olga) he just calls the cops and acts all surprised when a whole swat team shows up. Which even if he couldn’t have anticipated, is still the dumbest move he could have pulled in this situation. He escalated a situation that does not need escalation Or the way he raised Sanya. It's true that she needs protection as mutant, but there is a fast difference between that and leaving her without a support system outside him and yura (+his friends) in an attempt to keept everything away from her. He even acknowledged this, he referred to this himself as "these dismal shelter walls" and how he wants to tear them down one day, completely ignoring that day was everyday. To scared as what might happend otherwise. Sergej is a direct contrast to Yura, whose big character flaw is that he's a loose cannon who will try to do things even if the chance of it has barely any chance of succeeding. He so passsive and rigid, that, he won't ever truly act. He will continue the way he's always done and remove anything that threatens the walls he built, not only on Sanya but himself too. He did it with Katie, he now tried it since strike 3 with Yura. But when he realised that he couldn’t do this anymore he gave up. Bro really is the kind of character you just wanna slap and then hug...
this is absolutely beautiful, feels like we're hitting the peak of these mvs and im jazzed af about it! something i noticed is that its really interesting how your art styles developed, but more specifically, how its developed around yura - i kind of noticed it in Execution, but it feels like youre really unafraid to push his expressions and make him feel more.. well, yura. something's up with that kid, and i feel like you can truly see it in his eyes now.
the color palette usage in this is so yummy tasty, and i think its super cool to see sanya find her agency through everything that's happening. seeing her learn to stand her ground and use her anger to change her circumstances is such a good development for her character. i feel like there's this parallel between her anger in false disposition, where she gets angry and knows her anger isn't justified or reasonable, so she takes it out in a useless way. but in this instance, where she feels anger yet again at yura and although feels as though its also not justified or reasonable, she uses it to spur herself into action and speak to dima
grr i just noticed. sanya's face when she thinks yura's done for after his phone is shattered is so insanely similar to sergei's face when he tells her to do what she wants. because he knows she's done for. im gonna start throwing things. the way they fight over everything and yet theyre so similar. ferry i hate you stop making good stories /j
That expression will haunt me I think, such an amazing job with this one. I think the anticlimax of sergei walking off hurts more than if there was actually a fight.

May I just say I love how Ferry's art style has evolved over the years? As the story matures the characters also mature and I feel like the art style really reflects that

This is actually raw as hell. The atmosphere and world-building gets DAMN well cemented in this issue, and the music is chilling and a vibe as always. I'm honestly floored, like every time you post I honestly cant think you can get better! But of course, you blow it out of the water every time. The visuals are insane, they fit in such a beautiful and precise way. The animation is fluid, the feelings are volatile, and it's so so gut-wrenching in the best way possible. I cannot think of another artist who has ever had me so invested. Love since Faulty Feline!! Thank you for the normal girl post... Also, whether this is intentional or not, I love the bit at 3:40 that REALLY, fucking blows me away. Sergei looks just like Nikita in the sense that he's truly given up. The emotions in this are just so.. awesome.. you're an amazing story teller.. need a better active vocabulary to express my adoration for this one. Love to see Sanya finally getting what she's always hoped for! And of course, not being too sure and almost disappointed by it. She seems a lot older in this one. also dont think we didnt see that anime poster in her bedroom.. normal girl...
Ah, this song will definitely be one of my favourites - I can feel the Sanya anger, sadness and anxiety all in one. It creates a great contrast to Convergence (different tempos and moods but you can feel the incoming dread from both of them). I also love the guitar, it really fits Sanya here. And the animation in the end was godly - the anger, the dissapointment, the sadness and Yura's villanous look, everything so incredible. Thanks Ferry!

i really really like the emphasis on thousand at the end before the final chorus. the song is called hundred. hundred could have fit into that rhythm just fine. but you specifically chose thousand. a thousand years ago it was a tepid autumn day, but a lock has sealed that door

As always, its a damn good day when Ferry posts, Personally, I've been having a really tough time recently (I've been recovering in a hospital in a foreign country), but it brings such joy to my heart to hear ferry's music, and I am ready to listen to this on repeat until new years. Thanks for the support that your music gives me.
The leitmotifs. The video. The way it ties the entire story together. The way it shows Sanya's inner turmoil about this whole situation- It does it so well. It's such a good way to portray the story. I simultaneously hate and love Yura's stupid smug ass smile, at least he'll try and save KT (right? pleas please please please). Still scared by that line in Ocam's Razor about how "some ventures require a sacrificial lamb" like please don't let that extend past Olga.
Yura's whole reason for going this far is Katya. He wants to get her back, regardless of the cost. Olya and Dima are acceptable collateral to him as long as he can save her. In Yura's mind, he can do this one thing right. How he gets there doesn't factor into his decision-making process.
Sheesus, at this rate Everyone who was involved with Katya isn't going to want anything to do with eachother after this is all over. Which isn't what she would want.

i really loved the guitar playing in this track! you said it’s sloppy, but i honestly couldn’t tell; i think that the slight roughness to it adds to the song overall. these animations are so gorgeous and i have to say this is probably my favourite MV of the series to date. it’s interesting to see how far gone yura is now to the point where he acts like this even with sanya… and seeing her put up it because she doesn’t want to lose him despite being uncomfortable. great work overall!! really excited to sit down and properly analyze this

Если раньше дружба с Юрой, походы на вечеринки и членство в банде(?) было не более подростковым бунтом, сейчас, выйдя против собственного брата, встав на защиту Юры, она перешла своеобразную точку невозврата. Брат сдался, как минимум, на данный момент, и теперь выбор остаётся за одной лишь Сашей: будет она участвовать в рискованной авантюре своего приятеля или предпочтёт остаться в тени, избежав большей части неприятностей. Как мне показалось, Саша в некоторой степени разочаровалась в Юрце, в его методах. На это указывает встреча с Димой, попытка переубедить его своими способами, более мирными. Предвещаю пиздец в будущем, из-за которого Саня с Юрой глобально так разойдутся во мнениях (скорее всего, причиной тому послужат те же Юрины методы решения проблем). Тогда Саша выйдет против его выбора и настанет тотальная аумба вей

I've been relistening to the whole series, and it's amazing how we can see Ferry's growth through each video. From the arrangement to the animation, you can see how much they grew between "Parties Are For Losers" and "100 Epitaphs" It's fantastic and inspiring

sergei is by far my favorite character in this series and my god is he only getting better by the minute. i love the parallels between himself and his sister, and how (despite their differences) sanya is slowly growing to be a lot more like her brother than i think she would have ever wanted. i love watching these characters through their growing pains and holy shit this one's painful lol

Ferry holy shit!!!!! This is amazing!!!!!!! That last scene- yura's little shit expression, sergei just giving up and Sanya's distant gaze felt like a punch in the gut. I can't believe how good your composition is- every shot is an impressive artwork, the light, the colors, the ANIMATIONS!!! God the animations, they make everything feel alive in the best of ways!! And of course the song is a BANGER. Yura is making everyone uncomfortable in some way or another but if he's doing something is moving his plan forward. Sanya chose to protect him and that is gonna have consequences; but the smile he gives her at the end of the video feels more troublesome than reassuring. I feel like the story is building up to a really important moment, and I am vibrating with excitement (and fear! I am reasonably afraid for them!!!!) Слежу за Вами года с 2019 и я не могу передать словами как Вы вырасли за это время. Цвета, атмосфера, качество артов стало куда лучше, выражения лиц персонажей буквально пробили меня на эмоции, насколько Ваши персонажи кажутся живыми и реальными. Я буквально плакала от счастья и волнения от песни. Сама мелодия звучит чудесно, тюнинг тоже на высоте, Вы так постарались и такое долгое ожидание действительно того стоило. Вы безумно невероятный и способый человек, за пафлом и в целом Вашим творчеством интересно наблюдать. Надеюсь Вы продолжите в том же духе и не перегорите от количества работы
GOD, your production quality increases exponentially with each new installment in this series. it's absolutely insane to think this was all done by a single person. the bits of animation are BEAUTIFUL and add so much life to the mv, and the references to other songs in the series are so well weaved in despite being in entirely different keys at parts. the transition from the STRIKE 3 motif to the outro verse was genuinely chilling hol y shit. incredible work ferry
The art (and music, and everything) is amazing! I love how this song portrays Sanya and her actions after Convergence - the details showing how she has grown to adopt/understand Sergei’s worldview and how her feelings about Yura have changed since False Disposition are so powerful.

THIS GOES SO HARD AAAUAAAAAAAA IM SO EXCITED TO RELISTEN. Love the guitar and the grittier feel to this one!! It’s like more tense than the mill or convergence (which were both very tense songs) but it has these small moments of excitement where things are clearly moving forward in the plot and it’s so freaking cool. AAAAAA!!!! So excited to read the “what’s going on in” doc the second I get the chance.

Надеюсь соседи не вызовут дурку, думая что тут скрывается псих который орёт в 12 часов ночи, а затем рыдает навзрыд, при этом выкрикивая «ГОСПОДИ КАК ЖЕ ЭТО АХ#ЕННО». Я перевёл сюжет, прочитал, затем покадрово рассмотрел ролик и все детали, по ошибке на пистолете увидел фамилию Оли и подумал что это ее пистолет и она поставщик оружия (в афгани-) и только потом прочёл Чехословакия, нашел множество отсылок на другие песни в серии, сопоставил лирики с пивишкой и разобрал часть метафор.. Такое удивительное изображение видения ситуации со стороны персонажа у которого происходит внутренний конфликт! Я в восторге!! Эта неуравновешенность, напряжённость в течении всей песни, финальное признание Сергеем своего краха в попытках держать Саню под контролем… Изумительно!!! Очень интересно что станет с ним. Мне его безумно жаль, он столько всего пережил, у него по факту сейчас не осталось никого дорогого ему, за исключением Оли в тюрьме.. А сестра тем временем колеблется между своими состояниями души, даже желая иногда прекратить это всё и вернуться обратно под контроль Серого.. Я даже не сразу заметил, как Саня выросла. Именно внешне. Потому что больше наблюдал за её изменениями на психологическом уровне. Как она держится под давлением напряжения, что создаёт команда, теоретически являющаяся друг другу скорее врагами чем друзьями, но объединённая одной целью.. Сногсшибательно сделано!!! Вздрогну как представлю, насколько титаническим был труд в этот раз. Этот переход от казалось бы простенького приключенческого проекта с детскими яркими красками, к такому тяжелому, заставляющему задумываться не на пять, и не на десять минут нечто (да блин, не учил я ваши жанры, к черту их…) Я без слов. И это ведь ещё с учётом того, что не все идеально сделанные шоты удалось восстановить и приходилось модернизировать скрэтчи. Фэрри, ваши работы становятся только лучше и лучше. Ваш рост виден очень сильно, и это потрясающе. Спасибо что так усердно стараетесь над своим творчеством. Огромное спасибо. Я уверен, вы вошли в жизнь многих фанатов ваших проектов крупным клином. The "my shadow darkens under the sun" and "I'm ready to be blinded by the breaking day" -- we had the same imagery with the same characters (Sanya's perception of Yura) going on as far back as FALSE DISPOSITION with "your smile is brighter than the most relentless sun", it just has a decidedly less innocent tone now. That hurts. That's good.
Rewatching this for the third time and I've gotta say, I really missed the focus on Sanya! Things have changed so much since False Disposition... She finally has the freedom she wanted, but will it be worth it? I have no idea of how the rest of this story will unfold, but out of all the characters, I truly hope Sanya comes out of it alive. We already have some hints towards this in the video, but it would be interesting to see Sanya's experiences shape her into an adult more like her brother than she ever wanted to be. Thanks again for your work, Ferry, this series just keeps getting better!

It's interesting seeing that as much as Sanya resents sergei's control of her, they have similar fears. Sergei does not want to lose the last person he'd ever considered family, and neither does Sanya. When you look at STRIKE 3 and 100 EPITAPHS side by side, although the two have diverging goals, in the end both Kazarins are tired and scared to lose what they love. Furthermore, both Kazarins are seeing their loved ones start to slip away before their eyes.
I don't say this to mean Sanya necessarily loves Yura in a romantic context. Some crushing might have been there at the start, but I can only see their bond as platonic, personally.
Regardless of the muddy line between romance and comradery, Sanya cared for him. And she's watching him kill himself.

She got a new little sister in her found family, one that really clearly helped Yura deal with some shit and become a better person, and suddenly Katya is literally taken away and her older brother is directly responsible.
And this ultra dangerous plan they're doing could easily end in either Sanya getting Katya back or losing Yura.
There is also a conection about the way they react to losing someone.
At 0:11 and 3:40 they have the same expression, so it seems they both feel the same about the constant loss of people in their lifes.
The thing is that it seems they deal with it in different ways, Sergei tries to protect the little left he has, whilst Sanya (under Yura's influence) is willing to put her life on the line to help those she loves.
Under the "Strike 3" video, one person noted how much the events of "The Mill" affect Sergei: his girlfriend could go to jail, his friend is dead, and the person he tried to put on the right path now seems to have gone crazy, and in this episode we can also see that he drags Sergei's sister into his not good business, Sergei loses the only remaining close person, the last part of a family, loses his sister completely and he can't do anything about it.....

He doesn't have anyone right now, he's alone, he's abandoned....

There was a one person's thought, that all this problems are actualy coming from Sergei, like if he haven't been too overprotective, Yura couldn't have such status in Sanya's eyes and things must turn differently.

I can't help but feel bad for Sanya and Sergei. After seeing Sanya fight back against him, he realised it was pointless trying to stop her from being as reckless as Yura, instead letting her do what she wants in defeat. And it seems Sanya also partially agrees with her brother's point of view of trying to protect her, or at least can see the reason behind it, which is why she sings the same melody as Sergei and is so unsure when Yura smiles at her.
Sanya connecting to Dmitry on an emotional level is so cool. I love that she talked about KT and tried to forge a bond with him, I think that was actually a good call (even if she did it in a reckless way)! Also. Sergei was really about to beat up a teenager. Loved Yura's smug face when Sanya came to his defense. I really liked the lyric "I chose to shut my eyes, you chose to bare your teeth", too. Great work as always Ferry!
To be honest, I don’t blame him. He’s had this conversation so many times with him. He fucked up bad enough that he kicked him out. And he had the gall to come back and ‘corrupt’ the only thing he had left that he loved. I’m not saying it’s good that he was about to, but his motive is compelling.

this song is so heartbreaking… like it’s just sanya going “i refuse to let anyone else die” and changing herself to become what she thinks she needs to be to save everyone she loves, even if it puts her in danger. even if she grows apart from her brother. even if she’s drawn further into yura’s plans. she will break bones, both others and her own, to keep her loved ones safe.

@@bromophenolblue see i actually thought somewhat the opposite? since “break my every bone” was said before sanya interrupted sergi and yura’s fight, that one seems more like it could come from sergi than “break your every bone”. i thought it made more sense for “break your every bone” to be from sanya’s pov after she appears on screen. it could also be argued that sanya is hurting sergi with her dangerous ideas too, hence the “break your bones” in a more metaphorical sense.
the lines could also be seen as coming from both of them, signaling the beginning of an arch where sanya begins to act more and more like her brother, or at least begin to understand where he’s coming from
Yura’s smile and the look in his eyes is getting more sinister, huh…. Something tells me the situation is going to get worse before it gets better. And it seems Sanya has picked up on this too…

a good chunk of his problems, especially in regards to Sanya could have been solved if he just... cared and compromised. Not staying in the rigigd idea that he has to control her life and remove everything that, maybe, potentially, could hurt her. Making her want to get closer to Yura even more und leaving her without a support system that isn't connected to either of them
If he cared more about truly understanding, why Yura is absolutely going ape shit and dragging everything and everyone with him, he might have still been able to talk some semblance of sense into him. But instead he just blames the kid for the things that are partially his fault.
He's a wonderful tragic character just like everyone else.
Also there is a difference between two kids not wanting to be experimented on and running away to protect their life and him being a controllfreak, who at least has some reason to be a control freak, but is still just digging his own grave, by giving like the worst phrased advice a soul could give.
@@GerroCoccoBello Sergei is right, sometimes, and then tries to phrase that truth to Sanya and Yura in like the worst way possible. if at all that is.
He was right that Katie could potentially endanger Sanya by being with her, but only thought of her has a dangerous mutant, not the homeless little sister Sanya and Yura basically adopted. So instead of handling the situation any other way, or even just talking to somebody first (like olga) he just calls the cops and acts all surprised when a whole swat team shows up. Which even if he couldn’t have anticipated, is still the dumbest move he could have pulled in this situation. He escalated a situation that does not need escalation
Or the way he raised Sanya. It's true that she needs protection as mutant, but there is a fast difference between that and leaving her without a support system outside him and yura (+his friends) in an attempt to keept everything away from her.
He even acknowledged this, he referred to this himself as "these dismal shelter walls" and how he wants to tear them down one day, completely ignoring that day was everyday. To scared as what might happend otherwise.
Sergej is a direct contrast to Yura, whose big character flaw is that he's a loose cannon who will try to do things even if the chance of it has barely any chance of succeeding.
He so passsive and rigid, that, he won't ever truly act. He will continue the way he's always done and remove anything that threatens the walls he built, not only on Sanya but himself too. He did it with Katie, he now tried it since strike 3 with Yura. But when he realised that he couldn’t do this anymore he gave up.

this is absolutely beautiful, feels like we're hitting the peak of these mvs and im jazzed af about it! something i noticed is that its really interesting how your art styles developed, but more specifically, how its developed around yura - i kind of noticed it in Execution, but it feels like youre really unafraid to push his expressions and make him feel more.. well, yura. something's up with that kid, and i feel like you can truly see it in his eyes now.
the color palette usage in this is so yummy tasty, and i think its super cool to see sanya find her agency through everything that's happening. seeing her learn to stand her ground and use her anger to change her circumstances is such a good development for her character. i feel like there's this parallel between her anger in false disposition, where she gets angry and knows her anger isn't justified or reasonable, so she takes it out in a useless way. but in this instance, where she feels anger yet again at yura and although feels as though its also not justified or reasonable, she uses it to spur herself into action and speak to dima
grr i just noticed. sanya's face when she thinks yura's done for after his phone is shattered is so insanely similar to sergei's face when he tells her to do what she wants. because he knows she's done for. im gonna start throwing things. the way they fight over everything and yet theyre so similar. ferry i hate you stop making good stories /j
That expression will haunt me I think, such an amazing job with this one. I think the anticlimax of sergei walking off hurts more than if there was actually a fight.

literally insane over the ending of the video. the way sergei runs after yura in an attempt to protect sanya. the way sanya throws herself at and between sergei and yura to protect yura. the way yura smugly looks at sergei whole sanya protects him as if laughing in his face. they way sergei admits defeat and realizes theres nothing he can do for sanya anymore and he just. gives up and leaves. sanyas face at the end.

This is actually raw as hell. The atmosphere and world-building gets DAMN well cemented in this issue, and the music is chilling and a vibe as always. I'm honestly floored, like every time you post I honestly cant think you can get better! But of course, you blow it out of the water every time. The visuals are insane, they fit in such a beautiful and precise way. The animation is fluid, the feelings are volatile, and it's so so gut-wrenching in the best way possible. Also, whether this is intentional or not, I love the bit at 3:40 that REALLY, fucking blows me away. Sergei looks just like Nikita in the sense that he's truly given up. The emotions in this are just so.. awesome.. you're an amazing story teller.. need a better active vocabulary to express my adoration for this one. Love to see Sanya finally getting what she's always hoped for! And of course, not being too sure and almost disappointed by it. She seems a lot older in this one.

Ah, this song will definitely be one of my favourites - I can feel the Sanya anger, sadness and anxiety all in one. It creates a great contrast to Convergence (different tempos and moods but you can feel the incoming dread from both of them). I also love the guitar, it really fits Sanya here. And the animation in the end was godly - the anger, the dissapointment, the sadness and Yura's villanous look, everything so incredible. Thanks Ferry!

i really really like the emphasis on thousand at the end before the final chorus. the song is called hundred. hundred could have fit into that rhythm just fine. but you specifically chose thousand. a thousand years ago it was a tepid autumn day, but a lock has sealed that door

The leitmotifs. The video. The way it ties the entire story together. The way it shows Sanya's inner turmoil about this whole situation- It does it so well. It's such a good way to portray the story. Yura's whole reason for going this far is Katya. He wants to get her back, regardless of the cost. Olya and Dima are acceptable collateral to him as long as he can save her. In Yura's mind, he can do this one thing right. How he gets there doesn't factor into his decision-making process.
Sheesus, at this rate Everyone who was involved with Katya isn't going to want anything to do with eachother after this is all over. Which isn't what she would want.

i really loved the guitar playing in this track! you said it’s sloppy, but i honestly couldn’t tell; i think that the slight roughness to it adds to the song overall. these animations are so gorgeous and i have to say this is probably my favourite MV of the series to date. it’s interesting to see how far gone yura is now to the point where he acts like this even with sanya… and seeing her put up it because she doesn’t want to lose him despite being uncomfortable. great work overall!! really excited to sit down and properly analyze this

Видно, что она растёт как личность, и, следуя своему пути, всё больше берёт ответственность за себя, свои решения и их последствия. Если раньше дружба с Юрой, походы на вечеринки и членство в банде(?) было не более подростковым бунтом, сейчас, выйдя против собственного брата, встав на защиту Юры, она перешла своеобразную точку невозврата. Брат сдался, как минимум, на данный момент, и теперь выбор остаётся за одной лишь Сашей: будет она участвовать в рискованной авантюре своего приятеля или предпочтёт остаться в тени, избежав большей части неприятностей.
Как мне показалось, Саша в некоторой степени разочаровалась в Юрце, в его методах. На это указывает встреча с Димой, попытка переубедить его своими способами, более мирными. sergei is by far my favorite character in this series and my god is he only getting better by the minute. i love the parallels between himself and his sister, and how (despite their differences) sanya is slowly growing to be a lot more like her brother than i think she would have ever wanted. i love watching these characters through their growing pains and holy shit this one's painful lol

Ferry holy shit!!!!! This is amazing!!!!!!! That last scene- yura's little shit expression, sergei just giving up and Sanya's distant gaze felt like a punch in the gut.
I can't believe how good your composition is- every shot is an impressive artwork, the light, the colors, the ANIMATIONS!!! God the animations, they make everything feel alive in the best of ways!! And of course the song is a BANGER.
Yura is making everyone uncomfortable in some way or another but if he's doing something is moving his plan forward. Sanya chose to protect him and that is gonna have consequences; but the smile he gives her at the end of the video feels more troublesome than reassuring. I feel like the story is building up to a really important moment, and I am vibrating with excitement (and fear! I am reasonably afraid for them!!!!)

Слежу за Вами года с 2019 и я не могу передать словами как Вы вырасли за это время. Цвета, атмосфера, качество артов стало куда лучше, выражения лиц персонажей буквально пробили меня на эмоции, насколько Ваши персонажи кажутся живыми и реальными. Я буквально плакала от счастья и волнения от песни. Сама мелодия звучит чудесно, тюнинг тоже на высоте, Вы так постарались и такое долгое ожидание действительно того стоило. Вы безумно невероятный и способый человек, за пафлом и в целом Вашим творчеством интересно наблюдать. Надеюсь Вы продолжите в том же духе и не перегорите от количества работы
GOD, your production quality increases exponentially with each new installment in this series. it's absolutely insane to think this was all done by a single person. the bits of animation are BEAUTIFUL and add so much life to the mv, and the references to other songs in the series are so well weaved in despite being in entirely different keys at parts. the transition from the STRIKE 3 motif to the outro verse was genuinely chilling hol y shit. incredible work ferry
The art (and music, and everything) is amazing! I love how this song portrays Sanya and her actions after Convergence - the details showing how she has grown to adopt/understand Sergei’s worldview and how her feelings about Yura have changed since False Disposition are so powerful.

THIS GOES SO HARD AAAUAAAAAAAA IM SO EXCITED TO RELISTEN. Love the guitar and the grittier feel to this one!! It’s like more tense than the mill or convergence (which were both very tense songs) but it has these small moments of excitement where things are clearly moving forward in the plot and it’s so freaking cool. Я перевёл сюжет, прочитал, затем покадрово рассмотрел ролик и все детали, по ошибке на пистолете увидел фамилию Оли и подумал что это ее пистолет и она поставщик оружия (в афгани-) и только потом прочёл Чехословакия, нашел множество отсылок на другие песни в серии, сопоставил лирики с пивишкой и разобрал часть метафор.. Такое удивительное изображение видения ситуации со стороны персонажа у которого происходит внутренний конфликт! Я в восторге!! Эта неуравновешенность, напряжённость в течении всей песни, финальное признание Сергеем своего краха в попытках держать Саню под контролем… Изумительно!!! Очень интересно что станет с ним. Мне его безумно жаль, он столько всего пережил, у него по факту сейчас не осталось никого дорогого ему, за исключением Оли в тюрьме.. А сестра тем временем колеблется между своими состояниями души, даже желая иногда прекратить это всё и вернуться обратно под контроль Серого.. Я даже не сразу заметил, как Саня выросла. Именно внешне. Потому что больше наблюдал за её изменениями на психологическом уровне. Как она держится под давлением напряжения, что создаёт команда, теоретически являющаяся друг другу скорее врагами чем друзьями, но объединённая одной целью.. Сногсшибательно сделано!!! Вздрогну как представлю, насколько титаническим был труд в этот раз. Этот переход от казалось бы простенького приключенческого проекта с детскими яркими красками, к такому тяжелому, заставляющему задумываться не на пять, и не на десять минут нечто (да блин, не учил я ваши жанры, к черту их…) Я без слов. И это ведь ещё с учётом того, что не все идеально сделанные шоты удалось восстановить и приходилось модернизировать скрэтчи. Фэрри, ваши работы становятся только лучше и лучше. Ваш рост виден очень сильно, и это потрясающе. Спасибо что так усердно стараетесь над своим творчеством. Огромное спасибо.

In the 0:29 we can see a panel of the rescue arc from bleach that KT was reading!! interesting how that is actually kinda go to happen in the series when the time for the rescue of her come. The MV is amazing, you did an amazing job telling the story and making the art for it, it actually tells so much without text, thanks for everything and dont give up!!
I don't know how this video/song gets fewer views than the others, for me it is a pure masterpiece. I don't even need to list all its features, it speaks for itself in every aspect.

The "my shadow darkens under the sun" and "I'm ready to be blinded by the breaking day" -- we had the same imagery with the same characters (Sanya's perception of Yura) going on as far back as FALSE DISPOSITION with "your smile is brighter than the most relentless sun", it just has a decidedly less innocent tone now. That hurts. That's good.
Rewatching this for the third time and I've gotta say, I really missed the focus on Sanya! Things have changed so much since False Disposition... She finally has the freedom she wanted, but will it be worth it? I have no idea of how the rest of this story will unfold, but out of all the characters, I truly hope Sanya comes out of it alive. We already have some hints towards this in the video, but it would be interesting to see Sanya's experiences shape her into an adult more like her brother than she ever wanted to be. Thanks again for your work, Ferry, this series just keeps getting better!
