My wife is buried there scott. I’m there every Wednesday to pick up her decorations and there every Friday to decorate. I had started watching your channel around the time I met her in 2018. One of your first videos I watched was the easy e one. Sadly I lost her to cancer late 2022 and your channel has helped me get through some of my darkest times. Wish I would’ve know your were going to be there so I can meet you and thank you personally. 🙏🏽
@@SCOTTONTAPE I appreciate those kind words deeply brother 🙏🏽 for sure next time you’re in the area it would be an honor to meet you and buy you lunch. You’re one of few channels that I actually watch religiously lol I would love to hear your stories in person. Take care and god bless.
RIP Thuy Trang you left so young. I have never heard of a scattering garden much less seen one. It is so serene and peaceful. Thanks for showing this, Scott.
I am from class of 98 thuy graduated few years before with my brother from banning high here in Wilmington ca, my brother said she was a very sweet person
Thank you for remembering her, Scott. As a Power Rangers fan Thúy’s death is still heartbreaking to this day. She is loved, and missed dearly in the fandom. Her story was incredible, her life was short but extraordinary. From being a war refugee and almost dying in that cargo ship from dehydration and hunger, to coming to America, making it in Hollywood and getting a Social Engineering degree. She was brilliant.
You explained it beautifully. Never heard of a Scattering Garden. A wonderful place. My husband died in 2013. We have his ashes. I told our daughter that it would be great to combine his and my ashes and spread them together ❤️. I hope she does this. I don’t care where, as long as it’s somewhere beautiful. The garden would be one of those. Thank you for this video. RIP Angel. My daughter love watching your show. 💔🙏👣🙌❤️🫶👼👼
What a beautiful bright young lady. A sad tragic accident. I used to live in L.A. and a beautiful friend I had died in a car accident on the 101. She was hilarious and stunning, just 24. Her name was Andrea. She was a foster child and her service was very small. Saying the names of these souls gone too soon is a respectful valediction of their short lives. Thanks for what you do, Scott-you’re a good one. ❤️
Oh wow, I didn't expect this to pop up. As a little tomboy kid I LOVED the Power Rangers. The yellow power ranger was always my favourite because of her saber tooth tiger (the things you remember). RIP Thuy Trang
The yellow ranger was my daughter's favorite ranger. It seemed like every girl liked the pink ranger. My daughter was all about the yellow ranger. Her death was overlooked by so many. Saber tooth tiger go! Rip and blessings to her family. Thank you Scott! Be safe.
Rip Thuy Trang, I grew up with the original power rangers I'm 34 now and the pink and yellow rangers were always my favorite and wanted to be like them 😢 but it's crazy how her funeral was held a day before September 11th 2001! 😔
I actually met her as a kid when Paramount Canada's Wonderland brought her ,the red ranger and the black ranger to the park for an event. Didn't know until years later after her death that she died.
I found out she had passed around 2008, but it makes sense since her death was completely overshadowed by the 9/11 attacks, I was a huge PW fan as a kid, she was definitely a great human being and her life was cut too short. Rip Thuy!
She was in Season 2 of Power Rangers but her and 2 others left over contract disputes mid season. Power Rangers: Once and Always did a great tribute to her and another Ranger who passed away.
She was the yellow power ranger, yes I watched power rangers when I was a kid and yes we ran around playing power rangers lol we were fun little weirdos back then
I watched mighty morphin power rangers when I was a kid. I knew Thuy had passed in a car accident at 22, so sad. Thank you for this video man. Love everything you upload Scott

Thank you SCOTT on a respectful piece like u Always do and THANK YOU 4 Schooling me on this that I never known that Cemeteries Do That and have a place for that. THANKU Brotha.
For not knowing how you were going to do this type of video, you couldn't have done it more perfectly. Such a young girl to lose her life in such a tragic and horrific way is unthinkable. Her parents come here for a better life and lose their own daughter. How sad for them. I agree that the scattering garden is such a beautiful and peaceful place, and what a great idea someone had to come up with this. I do have to admit, though, that I would feel kind of funny walking through it, but it's probably because of the way I was raised and respecting graves and burial sites. It's a new generation of doing things differently but can make it uneasy for older folks like me. There's no other way to scatter ashes though without walking through there, so it's a concept I have to get used to. I love the wind chimes too, they just add that special extra touch that reminds me of music from heaven. A very peaceful thought and sound that brings a bit of comfort. I hope her family is doing ok. Something like what happened to their daughter leaves a permanent scar. RIP Thuy ❤ 💐
Just love The Power Rangers! Grew up watching the show & movies. My best friend of a lil over 20 years got me into it before he passed back in 2017 so we both used to watch it together almost everytime we hung out. We were even two of the Rangers for Halloween one year. He was his fave The Black Ranger while I was the Red, my fave😊 I actually had no idea the Yellow one from the show passed until a good 20 years after. I was shocked I was wondering where she went though. How she passed was just horrible too, so young talented & beautiful. May Thuy Trang RIP. Thank you sweet Scott as always for making these beautiful tributes❤️ Your videos sure brighten my day.
It seems a scattering garden is what is known as a garden of remembrance in the United Kingdom. Grandma was laid to rest there (a local garden of remembrance), her ashes scattered, but there is no name, it cost a lot more to add a plaque or something with the name on so people go unnamed often.
My husband loves watching the power rangers, yes it was so very 😢to see how many have passed away over the years thou they are gone but not forgotten Thanks Scott for sharing these 😊
I literally was just talking about her and Jason David Frank like two days ago!!! Someone posted something on Facebook about a reboot and I was thinking how hard it would be without two of the OGs. Another amazing video Scott!!! Thank you so much for bringing us some of the best content on TH-cam!!!
It’s great to see you at Rose Hills Scott. My grandparents are buried there. My Grandfather worked at Paramount Studios for many years. He was a prop master and carpenter there. If you watch the original War of the Worlds movie, he actually moved the alien craft models along the Los Angeles streets. Just thanks for bringing notice to this cemetery. Although it’s one of the largest cemeteries in the world. I’m a bit of a taphophile myself and it’s because of the stories my Grandfather told me. Please keep up the good work.
Hey Scott, My younger cousins and I grew up watching the Power Rangers. We were huge fans! I had no idea that she passed on. Thx for covering her story ❤
May I say Scott, a lovely gesture leaving a piece of rock there. My name's Paul I live in Liverpool England UK. The Power Rangers were highly popular in UK.
I work in the funeral industry in England and at least with the crematoriums & cemeteries I work with, when you inter ashes, they a buried in a specific ashes plot the family purchase and go into thr ground in a vessel of the families choice as long as it is in line with the cemetery’s rules & regulations & can have a memorial. When ashes are “scattered” in what’s usually called a Garden of Remembrance in some places, which is like a communal area, the ashes are loosely “scattered” into their own ashes plot not purchased by the family so still go into the ground but no memorial can be placed. Cremains don’t offer much value as a fertiliser as all of the nutrients in our bones are destroyed during the cremation process
I bought so many Power Rangers toys in the 90s for my Nephew! It was a favorite. It is always sad to hear about someone young passing. May she Rest In Peace.🙏🏽
Thank you Scott for this video. I watched her when I was young on TV as a Power Ranger. I knew she had died in a car accident. Did not know where she was laid to rest. I guess I know now. She is in the same place as my grandparents. They are interred there someplace in Rose Hills. I really should get myself back over there and visit them. Again thank you.
I'm so glad that you did this video remembering Thuy Trang growing up I like most kids my age watched the Power Rangers it was a huge part of my childhood so this means alot man thank you
I was a huge fan of the MMPR for the first season but my favorite people left so then I couldn’t get into it after. Broke my heart when she past. Thank you for sharing her story

Beautiful place very peaceful. What a pretty young girl so young and beautiful such a waste of a ilfe. My dad's ashes are scattered in the garden of remembrance I had no say in what happened to my dad I was only 9 my mums favourite flower was the yellow rose. Beautifully covered Scott. So sad to lose her so young and in a tragic manner. It sounds like she was on her way up. I appreciate your respectfulness and kindness whenever you an upload. 🙏🕊️❤️
I was a huge power rangers fan. I’m 34 so I grew up watching the franchise from the very beginning all the way up until Ninja Storm. I had no idea she passed away. The September 11th attacks overshadowed anything else & since I was only & there was no social media, I didn’t find out until years later.
Great video as always Scott. Such a touching tribute. Unfortunately, there's no marker for Thuy. Grew up watching Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. RIP🙏both 🪦Thuy⚰️ Trang, the yellow💛ranger & the green💚& white ranger Jason David Frank who died in 2022 & is buried in Houston. Both gone too soon. Much love & respect Scott. Love your channel.
Always make such touching and beautiful video. My Grandparents are buried there. I never can see them cause I'm in Minnesota😢 RIP to the beautiful power ranger.
Thuy Trang god rest her beautiful soul, gone to soon and Thuy Trang is the best Yellow Power Rangers ever on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and fans miss you ever much 💛
I was a senior in high school when this came out so I didn’t watch it but it was always on because of my little sister , I didn’t know this young girl passed away 😢 so sad . Thank you for uploading this video.
I watched this show constantly growing up. My favorite's were Thuy's and Amy Jo Johnson's Yellow and Pink Rangers. It's such a shame what happened to Thuy to die so young and tragically. Rest in peace.
I had the yellow ranger action figure in the 90s. Anyone remember the action figure where the heads rotated up and down btw the human face and the ranger helmet? Power rangers were a fun part of my childhood. I am 35 now and still get nostalgic.
Rose Hills Cemetary is located along the Whittier Narrows fault line that runs all the way to Baja California. During the Wintertime you can feel the Santa Anna winds blow through the Narrows. When the sun goes down you are able to see the city lights of LA from that vantage point. When I used to live there years ago, I would ride my bike through the Narrows all the time. Beautiful area for a beautiful woman! Thank you.
You're a legend Scott I've been watching you're videos since 2019 it's really amazing how you travle the country to visit celebrity's Graves and movie filming locations keep up the good work dude!
All HumanKind are made of Mud(Soil or Clay). And We will turn back to the ground. I think the Vietnamese think this way and gift the cremated bodies back to where they belong. I still miss her today. As a Muslim, I pray almost everyday for her soul to be happy. Thank you for making this video.
I'm a big fan of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and I remember the day I got the news. I had just turned nine on the first of September. I was in shock... She was so young and she was a pretty good actress. Also, being a fan of martial arts movies growing up, I was a fan of her skills. I always hoped to see more of that in her movie roles... R.I.P. Trini 💛💛

I was a huge power rangers fan. I’m 34 so I grew up watching the franchise from the very beginning all the way up until Ninja Storm. I had no idea she passed away. The September 11th attacks overshadowed anything else & since I was only & there was no social media, I didn’t find out until years later.
Your explanation of the scattering garden was totally understandable; I’ve never heard of it before and it was very interesting. Thanks, Scott.
My daughters growing up loved the Power Rangers.. she was their favorite as well as Tommy, played by Jason David Frank, and they are both gone now. ❤😢
Always make such touching and beautiful video. My Grandparents are buried there. I never can see them cause I'm in Minnesota😢 RIP to the beautiful power ranger.
Thuy Trang god rest her beautiful soul, gone to soon and Thuy Trang is the best Yellow Power Rangers ever on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and fans miss you ever much 💛
Rest in peace yellow ranger gone too soon and this show's how short life can be thanks for sharing this
I was a senior in high school when this came out so I didn’t watch it but it was always on because of my little sister , I didn’t know this young girl passed away 😢 so sad . Thank you for uploading this video.
Thank you Soctt , this was beautiful , and now i know what a scattering Garden in a Cemetery is. R I P 👍❤️🇺🇸
What a lovely video. Beautiful idea. More cemeteries should have those.
Thank you.
I remember i watched this show, I had a plush toy, and a story book with the sound effects, miss the good ol days❤️
She was my favorite power ranger. May she rest peacefully 💛
I loved Mighty morphan power rangers that was one of my favorite shows when I was a kid. Tommy was my favorite
I think everytime i have bad day i should remember my dads mom always said bettter days are coming. and scott certainly makes things better. Vickie🥰
R.I.P. Trini 💛💛
our scattering gardens here in Australia are usually Rose Gardens. That is where most of my family has been scattered and ours are just beautiful.
