    Out putting miles on mine today... Wait till you get the pads on it my friend. Most folks seem to categorize the Patton as an off-road wheel... but I'm telling you, with the street tire, responsiveness and maneuverability... it's a hell of a city commuter.

    • @Duf

      Oh man with the power and agility I think it would be an awesome city wheel.

      Hey @duf there is some bug with TH-cam that applied this comment to your video (which was great) even though the comment was for EUC Serbia's extreme review....sorry about that

    So glad you're running the street tire and liking it. My order, coming 2nd week of July is 66lb, I'm 275, with street tire. I don't off-road ride and didn't want to listen to the sizzling sound of knobs on pavement.
    I also like how solid it sounds when you drive over those troughed approaches in your neighborhood.

    This one is so on my list to have a second wheel to me S22. Most of my riding is gravel and by the looks of it this suspension is super active and smooth. There goes the credit card again. Thanks

  • @spartacus3570
    @spartacus3570 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Looking like a fantastic wheel!
    I was going to grab the sherman s then this wheel jumps in and messes up my plans. Like you I want a sherman with suspension and I'm wondering if the patton feels more like a sherman og with suspension then the sherman s does. Glad you have both and will be able to answer that question. Definitely looking forward to your review and maybe a sherman s vs patton comparison would be interesting.
    I will cast a vote for speed and range test along with my fellow riders here in the comments.

    My 62lb spring is fine for me at 175lbs.
    i got the street tire and i don’t jump anything big.
    I haven’t adjusted anything yet it felt good out of the box.

    • @Duf
      @Duf  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea I'm not saying a higher spring rate is bad. It just seems that a lot of people thought 58lb would not work for a lot of people, it works for me.

    Thanks for the video Duf. Just about to order my Patton and was wondering about the street tire. You are the first person I have seen with this tire. I don’t do a lot of off road…mainly street riding and light trails. I was hesitant that the street tire might not be as stable, but you seem to love it. I think your Sherman S has a knobby correct? That says a lot knowing you can compare both. Thanks

    • @Duf
      @Duf  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sherm S has the knobby which is ok but I REALLY like the street tire on the Patton.

    • @BunnyslippersEUC

      Glue the batteries inside the casing and apply a block of foam in the bottom. The batteries are very loose in the casing and can shake up and down.
