My absolute favorite scene when I'm romancing Liara. Whether it happens or not, scenes like this still add to the romance, and this one is extremely powerful. Absolutely fantastic writing.
She says "The Alliance's most famous soldier" when you play as a Spacer. By the time of ME3, Shepard's already the most famous soldier in the Alliance, War Hero or not.
Sheperd: Good, bad, leave nothing out. Liara: Let me delete some of these entries then. In my opinion that's the Paragon route since Sheperd is not perfect and lying about it could bite you in the ass later and make the next cycle question everything the capsule mentions.
I might be wrong in saying this, but I think the military history does have an effect on some dialog in this scene. I seem to remember in my play throughs as a War Hero, Liara would say "The alliance's most famous soldier" rather than Commander Shepard.

Makes you wonder how they went from this to the **gag** ending
This is such a beautiful, powerful scene...
Shedding tears of joy watching this. My favorite cut-scene in all of Mass Effect .
No, romance changes nothing and notoriety neither (survivor/warhero/ruthless). Only origin, class and alignment matter
This scene brought the relationship to life. It actually made me feel something. Does anybody know the song playing. Can't find it in the soundtrack.
I was lost without you
@@tilltronje1623 I've been lost without you too
@@Darkness1071 thanks. I meant that is the name of the music playing
@@tilltronje1623 Odd that theme is named after Ashley's line in her romance in ME3.

this scene for every version of shepherd and whether in a romance or not always seems really melancholic

the entire collection of Shepards to be precise XD but the one you mentioned was already uploaded long ago since it's my main :D
ME 3 was spotty across the board but there are moments like this that make me melt.
What happens if you pick the middle option; "Just be honest"? Is it basically the same as saying she can fill in the blanks?
Female, Infiltrator, Spacer, Paragon coming up next or what? :P
also male.
is there any different dialouge if romanced(cause my shep is spacer, survivor, vanguard)?
hehe
