Hector - I feel your pain. I've crashed at the last 2 track days in a row now to bad front brakes. They have locked up on me after 1 lap. I replaced lines and pads and went back for the next track day and crashed again. It flipped me over the bars and someone hit me from behind. Who expects the brakes to seize up in the middle of a turn????? NOW, I am replacing the whole front end - shocks, wheel, rotors, lines, master cylinder, pads - you name it; I'm changing it.
Harley-Davidson need to get in on this with the new rev max vtwin since they put out a bike that's an Enduro Adventure tour that makes 151 horsepower by golly they can turn around and make a sport bike or super sport bike from the sportster line up.
i watched a long doc about how sheene and hailwood pulled alot of crazy stunts to drum up support and interest, sort of fake rivalry, i wonder if they do that now? especially these days where nothing is real

Harley is "competitive" when they can write the specs the for the class. Making other manufacturers ineligible helps.
