She will go to another town and easily get another job as chief or deputy chief. An officer can be fired in one department for all kinds of corruption and walk into another city or town and conduct business as usual.

Yeah she’s black, she will definitely land on her feet. She will use that privilege and card to another posting in a city somewhere.
