Oh these came out fantastic! Especially for the less-than-ideal materials you were working with. That little reveal montage at the end was just absolutely delightful and I don’t think anyone would bat an eye about the screen accuracy of the spats situation, if they even noticed! Bravo fellow Dorian your Amelia kicks insane ass in all departments 11/10
thank u!!! i do think this project might have kicked off my interest in diverging slightly from screen accuracy in favor of adapting it for realism/adding detail. or at least this was a contributing moment in the development if that interest
oh! the ears are liquid latex painted in layers on a flat surface and then folded over my ears. i found the right shape for them by making some mockups out of felt first. if i need to make another pair some day i might make a video about it!
