Field Cultivator w/Rolling Basket build pt1

We are finally doing something with the rolling basket we bought at an auction last year. We are combining a field cultivator with the rolling basket to create something similar to a perfecta by Umberverth. It will be a cat 1 hitch set up for both a compact tractor and a sub-compact tractor.
