- Project Zomboid and it's worst series YET...
I hope you all enjoy it! Today I took inspiration from AmbiguousAmphibian's project zomboid build series with all negative traits being the main challenge. But instead of just all negative being it for zomboid, I decided to CRANK up that difficulty meter and make the zombies the most over powered crack fiends in existence. Not only can they hear you with pinpoint hearing, but they also have eagle eyesight so they can spot you miles from where you actually are. In this challenge, I would be surprised if I survive longer than an HOUR. Hopefully the project zomboid multiplayer will release soon, but I hope this sates your appetites until that time!

Project Zomboid is an open-ended zombie-infested sandbox. It asks one simple question - how will you die?
In the towns of Muldraugh and West Point, survivors must loot houses, build defences and do their utmost to delay their inevitable death day by day. No help is coming - their continued survival relies on their own cunning, luck and ability to evade a relentless horde.

Vehicles with full physics and deep and realistic gameplay mechanics.
Use tools and items to craft weapons, barricade and cook. You can even build zombie proof forts by chopping trees, sawing wood and scavenging supplies.
Deal with depression, boredom, hunger, thirst and illness while trying to survive.
Day turns to night. The electricity falters. Hordes migrate. Winter draws in. Nature gradually starts to take over.
Farming, trapping, fishing, carpentry, cooking, trapping, character customization, skills and perks that develop based on what you do in-game.
Proper zombies that don’t run. (Unless you tell them to in the sandbox menu).
A ton of amazing atmospheric music tracks by the prodigy that is Zach Beever.
Imaginative Challenge scenarios and instant action ‘Last Stand’ mode, on top of regular Sandbox and Survival
Full, open and powerful Lua modding support.
Xbox Controller Gamepad support on Windows. [Others pads can be set up manually. Gamepad support not currently available on Mac]

Don't forget you have a tarp, with a few stakes you can make an actual camping trip to the pond, won't have to carry that cot around :D
Also it might be time to start trying to start campfires or the stove with the notched plank, since matches and such are finite for you!

You sounded like the cabbage merchant in Avatar The Last Air Bender when you cried about your cabbages. The blood at the lake was probably from a fisher getting a hook stuck in their hand or an accident while slicing filets.
Ah very true on both things lol, getting a treble hook in your hand sounds like an absolute nightmare tbh

This series reminds me of the episode of South Park when the boys play World of Warcraft. They stay in the wilds and kill thousands of boars to get strong to survive. Good stuff, as always Lime.

While an uncut fish lasts longer, when you come to actually eat it make sure to fillet it first, then eat the fillets. That way eating gives you cooking xp ;)

I can only assume after drinking so much pond and puddle water, your body has adapted and kills waterborne diseases much easier despite your weak stomach trait.

You can randomly encounter fisherman zombies on riversides and inland ponds, and they tend to wander off once you enter the cell. Maybe that was why you found blood on the lake.

I've played a LOT of hours of Zomboid over several years, and never realized you could just eat fish raw. I've always just cooked them first. Still learning stuff I didn't know about this game.

This is super satisfying to watch with all the heavy rpg like grinding. Idk if you noticed you have like 6 cabbage seeds laying around by the river if you were interested in trying those suckers again. ALSO super important please keep the stats screen on for longer, last ep as well you didnt show us the fruits and gains of Actual Trash's labours, I like seeing the stats and how much the character has grown.
Ill make a better effort to show the progression of levels!

Today is the first time i decided to try out fishing, went pretty well, i had the more traits mod and choose the wilderness man,it gives you a level in every skill involving surviving in the forest, including fishing, i caught a small pike and small trout, i think i should make more spears for fishing though
Yea, spear fishing is great once you get the hang of it!
But you get only ¼ XP from other sources
If you can try to get a wood plank and make it into a notched wooden plank.
That with a sturdy sick, and you can light fires without matches or lighters on a campfire or antique stove.
Yea, sadly I need a saw to make sturdy sticks, so we are locked out of that until further notice

I'm surprised you can grab fish out of water and chow down on them like Gollum in this game. I know eating raw fish isn't exactly unheard of, sushi being a thing, but with no cleaning process whatsoever and just biting down right into the fish in your hands? I don't get it.

Did you say that you get more nutrition/get more full by not cutting the fish up? The rules around food in this game are weird. Like making a salad out of veg/fruit literally seems to magically give you more nutrition than eating it without putting it in a bowl lol

@@Pr1vateLime Figured it out. For some reason wooden spears generated as loot can’t be used for fishing. Crafted spears obviously can.
