Note: I was surprised that the Saxxy Award deadline was closer than expected. It's a good thing I already made 2/5 of the project before. I was also planning to hire FrozenMonkeyKing to help me finish the project but due to some technical errors occured, I have no choice but to do everything on my own and I still want to credit him as my co-contributor or something.

The balloonicorn should be a pyro weapon. Obviously, it shouldn't be that powerful, but it could make pyro even more interesting. Guess we'll just have to settle for the taunt.
