No. U earn more Exp from begining. Share Exp also gives all ur poks 50% exp in each fight. So easily u grow really fast on lvls. U have same items as original version (2000).

There arent Evs just IVs. My team has good ones but enemies has high ones too. However there are many base stats changes on many poks and I agree with u thats why i love Porygon its a rock
