That’s because we learn something from the series. The rare behind-the-scenes footage of police work more than makes up for some of the cringey acting. Also not all actors are cringey. The lady at the start of the video has a fake accent but other than that, the others acted okay.

@@njannah97 I think he's a Singaporean actor trying to fake a Mainland Chinese accent but ended up sounding like an American Chinese instead. 😂 Dong Bin's Boss sounds like a pure Singaporean Uncle. And the 2 girls sound either Singaporean or Malaysian when speaking in English, but their Mainland Chinese accent sounds pretty believable.

Yes if they cannot pay up for the fine they will be given extra jail time
The sentence will usually be worded like fined 12000 in default, 3 months jail, meaning if dont pay the amount then se4ve 3 months jail. Sometimes u could get jailed and fined, so if u dont pay the fine ur sentence will be longer.
If he cannot afford, think he can earn the money by letting prostitutes use his house again

@ Alex Louis. Actually it depends on the will of the police. If it’s a mass murder case, I don’t think they’ll just let the culprit walk away scot-free. But in this case, they think it’s not worth the trouble..
