If you have a midrange chipset such as a SD710 and a camera capable of 4K 60 FPS like the Sony imx586 48mp camera then you will be limited to 30 FPS because of the chipset. If you look at the Kirin 980 by Huawei, it’s damn powerful, and it’s cameras are power but it is restricted to 4K 60fps because it wasn’t included into the core of the chipset Architecture.
