Thanks for the excellent review of the OnePlus 7T. I just purchased this exact model recently, right down to the color except for 256GB. I really am liking it. I still have Samsung's Galaxy Note 9 in parallel with this. I am thinking to start using the OnePlus 7T as my main smartphone camera. I have a double smartphone setup because if the battery gets to low on one I can always kick in on the second smartphone. Rather than carry around a battery pack for recharging, I may as well just carry around a second phone which is complete and ready to go with its own battery, camera and all. While the OnePlus 7T will be my mainstay for a while, the Galaxy Note 9 may soon be replaced with the upcoming rumored, revolutionary Galaxy S11, which will completely be another story. :-)
OnePlus sister company makes one, Oppo Reno 5G / 10x Zoom. It has a flat screen, pop up front camera, triple rear cameras flush with the phone not in an ugly hump that are much better than the OP7/Pro cameras. It is also cheaper and 5G variant exists.
If you look at 1:04, you can see the difference in resolution between the two screens. It's impossible to understand why they didn't put quad hd in 7t.
Potential unpopular opinion here: the no notch screen of the 7 pro is precisely the reason I bought it. To me it's made even more compelling by the curved screen, which has given me absolutely zero problems with accidental touches

How do you not have 1 million subscribers yet? You're the best tech reviewer on TH-cam.
Most underrated tech reviewer. From presentation alone, you deserve at least a million subscribers.
Oneplus, please release a phone with flat screen and a pop up camera, the only options available are Asus and Xiaomi, not going in that route
Big ups for one plus not being insecure, forcing you to say nice things. I think thats worthy of respect.
I've never commented on a TH-cam video, but I thought I should express how much I enjoyed the footage in this one! Great job!
1:07 pause and notice screen difference is huge after all.
Less listing of stats and actual "hey this is how it felt to use". We need more of that
Wow, the video quality is insane ... best review ive seen ... keep it up!
Any noticeable difference between 400ppi and 500ppi on 1080p TH-cam?
Potential unpopular opinion here: the no notch screen of the 7 pro is precisely the reason I bought it. To me it's made even more compelling by the curved screen, which has given me absolutely zero problems with accidental touches
