You can’t be serious about Mizzou being a one man army last year. Schaeder or however it’s spelled was really good, but not all there was to their offense by any means.
Mizzou has a top 5 receiving core, a top 10 oline, and a top 15 QB. Sure the defense took a hit but Drink has done a good job at bringing in depth. W/ how talented that squad is and how easy a schedule they have they very easily can win 10 to 12 games.
RB is not that important of a position under any circumstance. You need offensive linemen to have a run game

Kentucky, don't sleep on them cats. They had a top 15 recruiting class in 2021 and those guys are juniors now, plus they added two top 25 five star guys out of that same 2021 class through the portal in Brock vandergriff and Keyshawn Silver. UK although they have a tough schedule, I'd say their just as talented as teams like ole Miss, Tennessee and Missouri
Unless it was simply ordered by alphabet, no Tennessee in the top 25 in offense or power rankings is just hilariously wrong.

Colorado and Penn state are the 2 most Overrated on that list. Penn state every year beats the jv big 10 teams and loses to the actual contenders every year it seems.
Colorado doesn’t deserve to be that high. 100%. But they definitely got better on the offensive line. They got the number 1 tackle recruit.

You gotta understand what it's based on. We have atleast 4 more elite receivers ready to start. QB isn't new to the system or to playing in high pressure games with some of the best arm talent in college football. The defense got rid of players who couldn't cut it, fired the whole staff and brought in better players, and an elite coaching staff that was consistently winning every place they were for years before coming back to LSU. Stop the hate on the SEC and LSU.

Rank the SEC teams 1 - 16 and top 3 go to the playoff. Still have Missouri in there? Doubt it. We can't keep saying that Georgia and Texas and OU and Mizzou and Ole Miss and Tenn are all going to be in the top 12. Is the SEC really sending 6-7 teams to the playoffs? Nope. Sec has been telling everyone this the whole time the rest of the country was whining about out only 4 team playoff and SEC getting 2 of the spots nearly every season.
People from the outside who don’t watch SEC football only look at final team records and standings then point to the SEC teams like “look see they aren’t that great they finished x y z”
Well they have to play each other.
So now you just gave additional spots for teams that are better than most teams in the country but got excluded because they had to play the natty contenders during the regular season.
TN, Ole Miss, Mizzou, LSU can compete with the top teams from any other conference and have very good shot at winning. So yes it’s realistic to say the SEC could have 6 teams in the 12 team playoff.
What if UGA absolutely dominates this season beats TX by 10 or more on the road does the same to Bama on the road and same to ole Miss on the road. Then they go on to play TX in the SEC championship game.
That would put both TX and UGA in. Now for the other 4 teams. Do you think they leave out a 2 loss Bama? Nope, Do they leave out a two loss TN? Nope, Do they leave out a two loss Ole Miss? Nope or a two loss LSU? Nope
What key marquee wins would say Penn st have if they lost two games? Or Michigan? Or let’s say you have Oklahoma state or Utah with just one loss who did they beat?
@jasonbritt2497 I would agree with you if it weren't for the guaranteed spots. Should the SEC have more than 3, most likely, but there are so many guaranteed spots. My comment was mostly about Mizzou being underrated. They are not.

Good show. I'm not sold on Mizzou and Ole Miss just yet. Mizzou didn't beat anybody of any importance last year and Ole Miss lost its big games. Mizzou needs to knock off teams like UGA and UT and Ole miss needs to prove they can slow teams down. You gotta beat somebody that's beat somebody.
Ole Miss whipped PSU in the sugar bowl and beat lsu. They lost to the sec champs and sec runner up and they were both on the road 💀. If I were to say a team played lsu, Georgia, Alabama, and penn state in the same year and finished 11-2 you'd think they were elite
Mizzou beat #15 K-State, #20 Kentucky, #13 Tennessee, and #7 Ohio State. How does that mean they didn’t beat anyone? They had six games against Top 25 teams and beat four of them.
