(in last 15-20 years anyways) alabama has always found a way to win. uga has won TWICE in the last 10 games and those were when they werent sure they even could. every time uga thinks they have it they get upset. the funniest being the blackout in uga lol. that game was too funny
@@daxherring630 Jalen Milroe is a good QB and he struggled in the longhorn game lost 34-24. So, the WKU and USF game will be blowouts. They have a good roster.

12-0 at best with new coaches,pieces and new system?? That's expecting a bit too much. 10-2 at best.. Wisconsin could be a tricky game because it's the game before their biggest test..they will be underdogs vs UGA and probably Tennessee/LSU.

i agree with the best being 12-0 and the worst being 8-4 but i have them going 9-3 with losses to georgia lsu and oklahoma possibly tennessee too
@@xeverlastingxchaosx9679 Their secondary is going to be a problem for them all year long. Even with Nick Saban, 2 years ago they had a bad secondary (50th in yards given up per game, 93rd in completion percentage given up, 95 in TDs given up, but drops down to 70th if you compare them in an equal 13 game season). That 2023 secondary lost all their experience. All of it. They are starting over.
Also their run defense was decent last year, but any good rushing team had its way vs them. I just don't trust their new defensive staff yet to expect that to be any better.
This is starting to sound like a broken record..its more of a 'i hope this happens'..heard the same thing last year and maybe the year before that but Bama comes through..i done see Bama losing at OK or Lsu..Bama - UGA game is key..so you say Bamas going 9-3 then whos in the SEC Championship game? I think Saban leaving is for sure tough. However Alabama has built a strong program and I like Coach D as his replacement. It'll be a totally different office, but you can never count out the Tide. I also think Bamas defense is going to surprise some people. Coach D took Washington to the final game last year. Being at Alabama will open up a lot of talent for him. He is the man for the job and, although we will miss Saban, we got a great Coach. RTR!!!!!!
This is the best roster this coach has ever had Washington had a lot of talent and he took 2 yrs from a 4 win season and played in the national title game dont be surprised if he goes 12-0

Too many people think there is going to be a big drop off at Alabama now that Saban has retired but this is just not so.I expect first year growing pains with a new coach but if Deboer can make a team like Washington win and get them in the NC game in his second year then he will have no problem winning at Alabama.Alabama hired the best,young,up and coming coach you could get to replace Saban.I predict Alabama will win enough to make it into the playoffs in Deboer's first year.
alabama lost way too much to the draft and to the transfer portal i think hiring deboer was the right move but its gonna take a couple years before alabama is at the level that washington was at last season. bama has a very tough schedule. they might make the playoffs but not the sec championship game.
@@GWProdzz You are selling Alabama too short.Alabama only lost two players that mattered to the portal and one came back and the other has been replaced.Alabama really did not lose as many players to the portal that Bama haters have put out there hoping for a Bama drop off now that Saban retired.Alabama has alot more talent than Deboer had at Washington. At Washington they were not 4 and 5 star recruits like Alabama has. They were coached up by Deboer and staff.This is why we hired Deboer we know he can actually coach players like he did at Washington so that they would be able to win.He has so much more talent to work with at Alabama. Meanwhile too many people have bought into the Georgia hype at the expense of Alabama eventhough Georgia the last two seasons had easier schedules than Alabama had. So Georgia is finally going to be tested this season and I think it is going to show how good they really are.

@@GWProdzz Georgia was ranked #1 and Alabama #2 in recruiting. And at this point Alabama is ahead of Georgia in recruiting.Georgia lost a alot of talent too. Plus Georgia has enjoyed an easy schdule compared to Alabama the last two years. This year Georgia will be tested like Alabama has been. Georgia may look good with so many wins the last couple of seasons but they are not battle tested like Alabama is.
A win over UGA would completely shake up the CFB hierarchy. It would also create a potential 1-2 matchup in Eugene

Alabama is gonna be in the playoff every year now. If they go 8-4 they would make it because their schedule was hard and they battled adversity or some bullshit

@@FreezeBlind there is no way bama is making the sec championship with 4 losses, which means they wont win their conference. that means they aren't getting a first round bye. there are 7 other spots because a group of 5 team also has to get in. there is no way bama gets in over one of texas, oregon, notre dame, ole miss, missouri, penn state, or michigan. not with 4 losses

i think alabama goes 10-2... i dont think they lose to uga. not at home. i think they will lose 2 of the 3 away games they have between Tenn, LSU, and OU...they wont lose all 3 and it's kind of hard seeing OU beating them but we will see.
They could lose to Oklahoma but I think Oklahoma is overrated. I think the gumps take care of business. I think they are gonna lose to the vols on the road. And honestly I think Mizzou could get them.. if they are anything like they were last season Mizzou could definitely get them or give them a really tuff game.. they play physical and always have Dawg fight with the Dawgs. Personally I see a floor of at worst case scenario for the Gumps : 7-5 and their ceiling: 10-2. So it’s between 9-3 and 8-4 for me.. still trying to figure decide but I think I might lean towards 9-3 but I’m not sure. How they do against The Dawgs will be the deciding for me.

@@GWProdzz y'all need to be realistic. Anytime there's a coaching change, the first year or two there's a notable drop off. Add in the fact that it's bama and the expectation is unreasonably high, and you have at least 4 losses.

That of course discounts that the new coach took a 4 win team with no 5 star talent all the way to the National Championship in two years and now has five stars all over the roster and more talent than Coach DeBoer has ever had. I’m not saying we can’t lose games, but I don’t see four losses as the ceiling for someone who wins more with less his entire career so far. Maybe that’s the outcome you’d prefer, but objectively I don’t think it’s realistic.

I’m an Ohio State who is very good with predictions and have been for years. I’m telling you, Bama’s worse case for the regular season is 9-3, they are too talented and the new coach is a great coach, regardless of it’s his 1st year and in the sec while losing some tranfers, Bama is still loaded and have a good coaching staff. They aren’t losing 4 games and the best case is undefeated but I would say much more likely is 11-1. I think they go 10-2 and the 3rd loss comes in the playoff
