Dual clock, two clocks on Vivo Y16 Android 12

found the solution:
weather app > settings > Home Screen Weather > Other cities
then add the city
then on your homescreen you'll see two time zones, 1st is the default time zone on your phone, 2nd is the "other city" you just added above
