Hi, was wondering about how you power the lighting? Did you just plug it in the cigarette lighter? Because I am thinking of doing this too but I dont know how to wire it in and would like to find out :)
@@theartijs8315 hey yeah I did the cig lighter, I have an extension from it into my glove box to power my dash cam and lights, I included how I wired it towards the end of the video on my channel!
does you car have a sunroof? Im trying to do it to my ls460 and im not sure if i should ignore the sunroof or try and get some stars on it aswell.
@@donovanfuentes5384 hey i didn’t do the sunroof i went up near the visors and the side of the sunroof though. i’ve seen someone do jt on the sunroof portion it would just need some slack to open and close

I’m confused on the whole power situation. If you run the wires through the pillar into the trunk how is it powered up? Is it possible to just have the module sit in the trunk and hook it up to its own separate power source??

Definitely been waiting on this exact video to fill a lot of blanks and you get to see your friends and family. You been hella busy though. Your media stands top notch. When you caught that wheel and tire in the air at le mullets it almost took out a 1320 video guy.
Just a tip for anyone trying this and used stretch cloth it's a pain get needles for piercings and make your life easy I did it with suede
I'd love to do the star light headliner in my car but I got a panoramic sunroof so all I get is real stars.. it's just not the same haha

You should definitely consider redoing the other one. Source a black headliner though I’m sure that would help in the process.

With the install, would it not be better to place more of the fiber though before gluing to get it to lay flatter? Less bunching.
