Why the need to choose one or the other? I love Notion for building my projects pages, and I'm a dedicated, daily user. However, for keeping all my notes, web clippings, the ease of saving just about anything... all my Second Brain system, there's nothing like Evernote. The searchabilty (even of words on pictures), the structure, and the task widget, etc. suit me perfectly. I csn easily put links in my Evernote for things I want to jump over to in Notion-- works great!
Good video, but I prefer Nimbus Note. Also, Evernote Desktop looks like a UI from the early 90's. No thanks. But yeah, in general, this video is great!
I am still slightly concerned about Nimbus' security. There have been some discussions about that around the internet and I am torn. Nimbus is pretty much all I need (with the exception of that 100 notes limit...), but I am worried I can't keep everything in there.
Mikey's comment was 4 months ago. that was then... this is now! Evernote's redesigned UI now displays 'the same' across all platforms and browsers and it's gorgeous :)
Totally agree with the first tip. To start with the Desktop version of Evernote!
After much testing and thought I found Notion a better replacement for Evernote. The free version is almost as good as Evernote premium.

The Local notebook option might be good for graphics/video clips/music/ any other pursuits with large files
Super helpful ideas. Thanks
I did not find how to create a local notebook option
A bit archaic to have that bit about hiding a credit card statement from a husband. This isn’t the 50s.

Showing would have been better. Good tips!
