Nice review. This boat is almost identical to the Predator rigger. I built one years ago and it ran great (I got some videos on my channel). I especially like the shiney turn fin bracket! Cheers DJ

@Cozy RC thanks for watching! Yes I had fun re- rigging this, and it ran great..a little more tuning and some runs to do in it yet to see what its full potential is. Sub’d
      to yours now👍🏻

I built the same wooden hull and I got it down to 620 grams, taped up and ready to run (it is a copy of the Predator with some internal structural changes). I'm doing 45mph on 2S with an 1105/2Y turning a 3015 prop on the second outing. Still dialing it in, but it goes like stink. BG4L

Hey @Dr. Jet, thank you for your comment!! Yes they are such a fun structure to build and run..cant wait to get her out on second run and try some different props and try and get a mid 40’s mphr speed out of her. Think Big B did a similar speed with his. Maybe if I prop down a bit it might spool up a bit more..always a fine line between prop size and rpm’s. BG4L!

You don't need the extra water pick up on the rudder it just creates extra drag

Hey John, just clarifying…do you mean the pick up on the rudder itself, or the extra pipe pick up, I’m running??

That sure looked faster than 36 miles an hour. I have a little Bit of a little shrimp problem myself

Hey thanks Vinnie!!! Yes next time out I want to put a straight turn fin on it and get some more straight lines in. Im sure I can get into the low to mid 40’s with a few prop change experiments. Thanks for watching!

    Винт надо заглубить. Поплывёт быстрее.
Там нет таких нагрузок, что бы винт был полупогружным.

Thank you @NevskiyVladislav I will try the strut deeper and see if it gets more speed
