i got one of my candle day orders today (thank god none of my candles got cancelled) and i had ordered snow mountain lodge and i am just loving it because it smells JUST LIKE this mountain lodge me and my family use to stay at when we would travel out of town for christmas! i could not believe it!! it is very light but it brings back so many christmas memories for me!

i finally got my Winter White Woods candles too and I have to say that I have never had a candle by BBW that actually smelled real...like a very realistic sap smell they did very well with that!!
I grabbed a pink lilac and vanilla when it first came out but was holding on to it to burn for spring but when I finally burned it... oh man... I immediately went and bought 2 more and then picked up 3 more during SAS for 50% off..... it’s my #1 this year too for sure!! 🙌🏻

No, there's decorations this year. I filmed in front of my tree a few videos back. It's just that all the decorations are out of frame on the other side of this room. All the decorations are just in locations that aren't conducive to filming!

You know how a lot of people like to talk about how many candles they’ve hoarded? Hey I have a question you know how BBW will do different wax colors and packaging for one scent...can one variation be better than the other? Because I swear sometimes one is a flop and the other burns better the bath and body works employees look at me like i am crazy when i ask which variation is the best is that just in my mind or is that me? flannel was a huge flop this year and i was looking for a variation of it that might be better but i bought all the different ones and none of them had any scent this year and last year it was SO much better!

Yea, since it's so close to SAS I would wait until then. Although I'm not sure if it's being discontinued completely or just going to stay an online exclusive - so I don't know if they'll put them on sale. I know all the stores around me still have a ton of the candles left.
If your store has any left over then they might put it out. The problem this year is that most stores pulled out everything they had during Candle Day so it's probably unlikely unless some random ones show up online.
I do not! I've had it in past years though. It's like a Dark Kiss type of body care fragrance. Feminine, dark berry/floral blend. Usually has a medium to strong throw. Not my favorite, but nice if you enjoy fragrances like Dark Kiss, Little Black Party Dress, Midnight Peony, etc.
Nice picks! I can't provide a definitive 10 favorites off the top of my head, but five that would definitely make my list were (in no particular order) Hibiscus Waterfall, Frosted Sugar Cookie, Cinnamon Gingersnap, Banana Walnut Muffin, and Lemon Lavender Shortbread. Others that might also be contenders are Raspberry Tangerine, Winter Clove, and Frosted Spearmint. I really enjoyed Pineapple Colada, but I don't think it was a new scent (and may have been a repackage of Pineapple Sunrise?). I also liked Under the Christmas Tree, but for me it's too similar to Vanilla Balsam to consider it unique and truly new.

I was waiting on a sale so I finally placed my order for it yesterday. It has the notes of the old "Winter Woods" which is a completely different fragrance, but someone who likes Winter Woods said it doesn't smell like it, so there's still hope that it's actually Winter White Woods with misplaced notes. Smoked Vanilla is excellent. Smoky and sultry with a super-smooth vanilla. Bow Ties & Bourbons is decent. Sweeter variety of cologne.

@@mrsw767 I feel your pain. It was initially photographed in what looked like the inside of a store, so I had all these Candle Day exchanges lined up for them. Turns out they're online exclusives! And yes, I don't understand the games they play with these notes. I think they give it one set of notes to appeal to those liked "Winter Woods" but then keep the name of "Winter White Woods" to appeal to those who liked WWW. Either way, you're going to set one group of people up for disappointment so I don't understand the logic behind it. I placed my order but it will be a while until I can get them and smell them. I think if you enjoy the smokiness of WWW, you might enjoy Smoked Vanilla. It is a much heavier fragrance than WWW. WWW has a more subtly powdery pine that Smoked Vanilla does not.
I am really hoping for Pink Lilac & Vanilla to come back. It's unique, sort of smells like Delina by Parfums De Marly, which is gross to me in an eau de parfum but is gentle and powdery ("lotiony" is a perfect way to describe it, Kent) in a home scent. I truly hope it comes back, but it didn't gain too much hype last year soooo. I'm glad I have one (just one!) that I've only burned once and am saving. I am really stressing my brain thinking about newness that I loved. I can only come up with Fresh Lavender & Honey from that Lavender collection, which has a "lotiony" thing too, and I really dig a honey note. But I was on a slight no buy for a lot of the year too (just by way of not leaving the damn house) that I can't even remember what I bought. I bought a lot of indie candles, like ones from Hi Wildflower, Mizu, and Forvr Mood for a while, and those were good.
Nope, this is standard pricing for the before-Christmas period. They used to jack it up to $15.50 in the weeks leading up to Christmas, but now it is $15.95 on par with all the other price increases this year. It will most likely (hopefully) go back down to the $10 off/BOGO once Christmas is over.

Ohhhhh Kent, Pink Lilac & Vanilla!!.. My beloved... I bought two of those right out of the gate last year. The first one did as you said... Initially burned viciously, to where I was afraid of a house fire, sooted horribly and turned the wax grey even with trimming the wicks...and then dudded out halfway. I threw my hands up and put the second one under a candle lamp, where it performed gloriously and filled my house with one of the sweetest of scents. Excellent choice for your number one!! As you know I didn't buy many candles this year due to overbuying last year but I am ready for 2021. 😎 TFS and it's always wonderful to hear your Top 10! ❤️😘
Them discontinuing the good stuff is expected at this point, so not surprised lol. I have plenty of candles in back stock and the candles are still in abundance at all the stores around me.

Out of the 15 candles that I purchased I liked Paris Cafe, Island margarita and Frozen Lake. All others had a very light throw 😒

I am really hoping for Pink Lilac & Vanilla to come back. It's unique, sort of smells like Delina by Parfums De Marly, which is gross to me in an eau de parfum but is gentle and powdery ("lotiony" is a perfect way to describe it, Kent) in a home scent. I truly hope it comes back, but it didn't gain too much hype last year soooo. I'm glad I have one (just one!) that I've only burned once and am saving.
I am really stressing my brain thinking about newness that I loved. I can only come up with Fresh Lavender & Honey from that Lavender collection, which has a "lotiony" thing too, and I really dig a honey note. But I was on a slight no buy for a lot of the year too (just by way of not leaving the damn house) that I can't even remember what I bought. I bought a lot of indie candles, like ones from Hi Wildflower, Mizu, and Forvr Mood for a while, and those were good.

Nope, this is standard pricing for the before-Christmas period. They used to jack it up to $15.50 in the weeks leading up to Christmas, but now it is $15.95 on par with all the other price increases this year. It will most likely (hopefully) go back down to the $10 off/BOGO once Christmas is over.

Ohhhhh Kent, Pink Lilac & Vanilla!!.. My beloved... I bought two of those right out of the gate last year. The first one did as you said... Initially burned viciously, to where I was afraid of a house fire, sooted horribly and turned the wax grey even with trimming the wicks...and then dudded out halfway. I threw my hands up and put the second one under a candle lamp, where it performed gloriously and filled my house with one of the sweetest of scents. Excellent choice for your number one!! As you know I didn't buy many candles this year due to overbuying last year but I am ready for 2021. 😎 TFS and it's always wonderful to hear your Top 10! ❤️😘

Them discontinuing the good stuff is expected at this point, so not surprised lol. I have plenty of candles in back stock and the candles are still in abundance at all the stores around me.

Hi I’m a new subscriber and love your reviews. Do you review an assortment of candle companies, because I know there’s a lot of focus on BBW. Just because I’m looking at more “indy” brands on Amazon or Etsy and was wondering what the throw and performance review would be for those kinds.
