For there to be a consistent speed of light. Determined by number of computations from point a to b is support to a monad/oligon. If two points took different times to calculate next state then there would be no consistency to path tracing indicating distance.

Wow! Really great discussion of awesome ideas. I really enjoy watching Wolfram livestream discussions between Stephen, Jonathan and other guys, and its great that you guys share the notebook in the comments. Really excited to start programming in the wolfram language and soon contribute to the open projects! Indeed the hallmark of such ideas is to be able to do automated discovery in physics and mathematics using neural nets and translate it back to human mathematics, which it seems we're really running to now. Personally I think it would be easier to design and control, an AGI based on an AI that can do mathematical and physical discoveries, and ideas like these would be fundamental inputs to the AI, but also to us users in understanding the "realm of all possible mathematics", but these ideas in themselves are far more powerful.

One has to stand still for a moment to observe. If you are in motion you are not the observer.
The singularity is the implosion of knowledge.

I know he's been slandered but the functionalism of Wilhelm Reich addressed this. That functional mappings and essentially harmonic (Fourier) resonances should be looked at as scale models of each other.
One interesting note from higher dimension math is that what we see as close physical models in our 4D space are the space squished contorted mappings from a higher dimension space. A vortex is a 4D model of an actual 5D event/process.

@Auto I'm sorry that you don't understand. A simple example. Counting by ones can be scaled up to counting by any number. They are resonant/harmonics. Every circle is identical except for scale. Every parabola is identical except for scale. Every sine function is a skewed version of another. Does this help?

This inheritance is so evident in the world we perceive. This is the basis of functional equivalence. A model of any kind is the macro manifestation. This is like this because there is scaled homotropy. Linguistically This is metaphor.

When you have two equivalent values appear then by logic that value can be mapped onto ALL occurrences of that value. A value and ALL its occurrences are a single place/value. This increases the density of connection (since that number connects to all of its possible changes in a density map relative to it's character) and reduces the total number of values by eliminating duplications. A point/value/rule is a vertex of all its connections. That is in a way ALL it is. A vertex of this collection of vectors. 2 is the vertex of all the functions that pass through that value. From one view it's an object. But that object can also be defined as it's shape. The collection of connections it has. 2 connects very directly to all it's multiples in a clear chain. I suspect an interesting mapping number density theory onto your work. Just as points in multi-year are essentially defined by their relationships.

@Auto on a multiway graph there is beginning and there are the branches and they combine etc. At numerous different places on multiway AABA might appear. Instead of looking At it as if AABA occurs a number of times one could gather all the occurrences of that state into one and instead look at all the paths that can lead to that state. Look at the ways it is connected through rather than being a collection of distanced events.

Poetry, being furthest from direct mathematics is the most encompassing and accurate way of looking at the world. Metaphor rules.

This suggests that it is our gage choice which defines our topology. Change your gage (world view) and you actually change the outputs and topology. This implicates universally. Before i was accepted there was no such thing and all it's topologies were denied us. By accepting this new gage we have a new universe. What you don't believe limits your view.
