World Mayor is a biennial award organized by the City Mayors Foundation since 2004. It intends to raise the profile of mayors worldwide, as well as honour those who have served their communities well and who have contributed to the well-being of cities, nationally and internationally.
People of every Gau Palika , Nagar Palika , Maha Nagar Palika are connected to Nature ,Law , Economy and Culture Environment .Correct Law helps to motivate people thus government environment is not personal for a better understanding citizens and government correct ethical relationship is needed. Natural Resources like Forest (in where trees that produce more oxygen needs to be grown )Water and Soil for Agriculture needs to be protected as to protect Panauti from GHI (Global Hunger Index) Kavre District needs to generate more people like Govinda Thapaliya's who runs a farm house in Kavre.
Town is divided with Ethical and Unethical People. Ethical is related more to culture part. As ethical people also connects to Economy environment thus people who have to work and live their livings we need to develop Work Ethical Environment Structure in work places areas.
