Hey, i made a leg machine glitch thingy that can walk on 2 legs its called (skull crawler v2.) or (leg update early) on the exhibit, thought it might be interesting. its just 2 gerrida legs, @JBRider
YES, FINALLY!!!! As a new FTP player, (I believe I can speak for most new FTP players) one of the things you really want is to be able to rotate with legs/hovers/the other parts that let you rotate without wheels, and all of those parts are in epic, and epics being 250-1000 coins each, it may be easy to get one or two epic parts, but to rotate, you need too buy at least THREE OF THE EPICS! For some advanced players, buying and having epics for you is relatively easy, but for new FTP ones, getting the amount of money or resources too buy three to four epics can be a daunting task, and then it won't be useful because you spent all your money and grind on new legs and not on new weapons and modules, so your in higher PS because the legs have higher PS than the normal wheels, and your stuck with your special or in some cases rare weapons. You can upgrade all at once, but usually it will just be a long time. For these reasons, I believe so many players quit, because its just too much grind for them for so little results. I belive they solved this by making the special legs. Teals are usually significantly more easy to obtain for new players, which means getting that ever desired rotation will take much less precious grind to obtain, and will be more rewarding because you will(supposing these new teal legs are close to the same PS as the other special movement parts) stay at the same PS bracket you are stuck at when you are a new player. This is perfect to, one, reward new players for there grind, two, keep new players in by them not rage quitting because of 'unessesary' grind, and three, help people who want to use legs to have to worry so much about getting rid of some stuff to worry about PS. The only thing I see they should change is that they should get at least one other special type of leg, or maybe even the jet engine. One of the bothers as a new player is the feeling that if you want a particular thing, there is only one path you can follow to obtain it. Having options just makes you feel more in control of what you are doing, and makes the precious grind you are putting in feel that much more worth it, because it was at least the option you chose.
im a decent player, only like 200 hours or sm but yeah i use my arrays all the time, and they work flawlessly. when i first started i didnt worry about movement parts after getting shivs, omnidirectional parts are really only good for specific builds and pretty expensive (i spent a week grinding for icarus vii's which got fcking NERFED even though the tonnage is already bad)
The new legs will not be available in standard pvp. The reason why many people quit, especially long time player, is because of battle passes and artificial metas. They are releasing a lot of parts that will be broken and will be nesseccary to play clan wars or high powerscore pvp. And they are all paywalled or change too frequently to be bought by normal grinding. I am not sure if you have a feeling for that as a newer player, but 80% build above 15k powerscore is the current meta build with the current battle pass items. And 95% of builds, even off meta also use some of the battle pass items. It is just not really that possible to play without it many cases. They also keep nerfing the wrong stuff. For example that they want to nerf hovers soon. While hovers on high powerscore lose against almost anything in clan wars at this point. Personally I am playing more Scorpion on wheels with cockpit now than on hovers and it is a bad idea because Scorpions are huge for their dura and you just lose them against a punisher spider for example. Anyway, as a free to play player I recommend you stick to low or medium powerscore wheel builds. Which is also what I do for pvp most of the time, just because high ps is borderline unplayable without a meta build or without being sweaty about it. All you can hope for is that they nerf raijin and don't release another epic that deals more damage than a dual typhoon anytime soon
Bro yes. Crossout is fun but the grind is too much for new players. I mostly lose matches because it’s just so unfair and I get paired with players who have a whole setup. Crossout needs a serious rework if they want to keep it alive.
Anyone else look at 85% of the tech tree and just flip your eyes up at it? What kind of twisted sweet shop places 85% of its sweets in endless vaults of lost time or charges more $$ than any kids sweet-tooth could justify buying?
I totally agree with you in point of battlepass. It would give new players the opportunity to get items from the former session and even for the devs its a great passive income 🎉
I get that the game needs to makes its money but please do something about the market, market tax, and relic situation. Like there’s no reason why I’ve been playing for over 8 years and only built one relic for example mastodon sells for 43k, 600 uranium is 40k plus 10k for the mammoth and niddhog then 12hr wait like WTH not to mention other resources
There's a certain kind of person that will dump thousands and thousands of dollars into a game. Relics exist to pump those kinds of people for money, essentially.
i like the idea of selecting battle passes for new players, and it does mean crossout would get more money from new players since they will buy old battle passes to get the weapons and stuff etc it would mean that the market gets destroyed for unique items, meaning making money on items "only you" have access to since "you were there for that battle pass" etc but honestly? the market sucks even for making profit, it's a struggle i would honestly, take the ability to run old battle passes that have items that i want to get and you can't use helicopters in raids unfortunately, i guess they aren't really balanced for helicopters
"The leveling will become faster, and more content will be released per year, including free content. The content of each pass may be slighly reduced.." Ahh... so 'pay more money per year to unlock the few good items per battle pass'. :/
You missed some details I think. One of the new structure parts seems to be partially armored, like the "armour slab" part. And the new area grenade launcher will likely be a mini heater, like you said. Or a flute like weapon. They mentioned that they wanted to reward skillfull aiming, with the perk. Which makes me think that they will not have a lock on mechanic. By the way, did you notice that the new offensive support module reverts almost every single nerf to fire bricks? Yokozuna lost power. The support module grants engine power. Heavy cabins lost the most speed out of all the cabins witb the top speed nerf and the Phobos nerf. The new module grants cabin speed. Dracos will lose a little bit damage (which will not really matter anyway) which the support module gives back.
Helos haven't been available in raids. The closest thing to such have been in events like Taming the Dragon. The only Raid types I can see helos being able to be coded for are Steel Cradle and Frontier Defense. That aside it's time to get my BattleTech on!
Well summarized JB. I would like to reiterate something and rant a bit based on what I heard you discussing. Blueprint spaces should be downloadable, and if we could download (hash or unique file format) and import builds there would not only be more participation in unique modes and power score brackets, but build diversity will increase and players will end up spending more money. There is no way the money they make from selling BP spaces would outweigh the amount more people would buy if we thought we could actually use those items. Not just for lack of balance reasons, but because of a lack of save spaces I wouldn't be surprised if more than 50% of late-stage players inventories go entirely unused or barely used. Simply put, I have stopped spending money and buying new items when I know I will not be able to play the plethora of ones I already have. A fourth BP and more unique stuff will either replace the old stuff and then be nerfed, or, be entirely unused after the period where it feels new. I can never be excited about anything they do until this limitation is addressed. Selling blueprint spaces and capping them anywhere, including the max limit 64, in a game that thrives off diversity of ideas and depth of inventory investment will actively limit the amount of time players participate in the game. This is especially true when we fold in more items, game modes, and power score limitations. I will not constantly delete and rebuild everything, because then 80% of gameplay is rebuilding something you already had once but had to delete to make space. Instead of playing more modes, buying more items, and actively playing XO - i simply stop playing when I run out of the builds that work well for PVP, and most of my other slots hold decent cw/levi cw builds. We all know the exhibition is not sufficient; other builds suck or never have the right fusions, all the items, etc. We did not sign up to play with legos that are smashed every time i log off or want to make a new idea, the whole point of virtual building is to enable diversity and creativity at scales not other types of FPS games simply cannot provide with basic weapon attachment combinations. Adjacent to the parts limit, them monetizing blueprint spaces and capping it has essentially killed my participation in the game and many other individuals who have been around for a while and accumulated so many different combinations of weapons, movement parts, modules, etc. In addition to adding entire new tiers of generators, tons of new types of item categories, and nearly doubling the number of distinct modes happening at any one time has led to an plethora of possibly ways to participate but less participation. Inventory storage limitation is a whole other conversation that has more complex dynamics, however, the blueprint space problem is actively hurting the game and slowly bleeding anything new that they attempt. Remove this, and the inventory storage is less of a concern for the average player as we are not investing into something that is monetized unnecessarily. On top of all this, removing the players server-stored builds or limiting them to a small number while allowing exporting/importing actually DECREASES the cost to them to run the game, as they can design these systems to verify at all player levels - This is a choice that improves player experience, diversity of builds, decreases cost to operate, increases profit, and facilitates cross platform sharing of XO ideas which can help cultivate a strong player community. I will not let this go, it is a wildly inefficient waste of such a great idea of a game. Put all the balance and monetization toxicity aside, this is the one thing ruining XO for me currently. I feel you on having 'me issues' but those 'me issues' are actually 'we' issues when you think about it. Don't let XO fail to address the most important and simple 'we' issues that have been limiting its growth and player experience, even if they feel small, they add up.
This has me tempted to try the game again, seeing these legs gives me Walking War Robots vibes but more flexibility customizations which definitely beats that mobile game.
Many agree with the storage & blue print outdated cap. I have posted a thread on the forum as 99.9% agree with it but believe it or not there is one person that disagrees. Crossout is evolving and storage & blue print space needs maximum expansion
i want to say, they way they do the battle pass sucks, is incredibly stupid, i play when the founders where added, got every blueprint and can build anything i want, i stop playing when the syndicate was added, only got 2 blueprints, a melee weapons and some mediocre wheels, and i stop playing, now i've been back after the Gerrida legs where added, around the time that season was ending, and i find extremely stupid that one, battle pass blueprints aren't permanent i paly the hole season and get all the blueprint and i can only build them while the season is on not after and they need parts that i cant build and need to buy and if you are a new player you don't get all factions since the founders and the syndicate where unlock via playing the battle pass they where introduce
I understand your issue with storage space now. They should give us more qty per pass based on new parts. I thought decor werent counted in your inventory space
I think the new rockets are going to be a better version of doves. Like a cross between the heathers and doves but the rockets will fly like a cross between hurricanes and snowfalls.
9:21 Seasonal reload, a rerun of a battlepass season until it expires and onto the next battlepass season. It is currently in reload season 15 in mobile, but the realod doesn't give the free stuffs unlike in the first run of the bp, so buying it is the only way to get all the stuffs it contains and the permanent blueprints it have before they changed it in season 19. Season 19 and onwards are seasonal blueprints, the blueprints is only available at the runtime of the bp which is a bummer when you like the craftable parts. Btw, the special mechanical leg is similar to 'Titan' rare mechanical leg in mobile. It doesn't have any perks too, but it's a better choice than the 'Atlas' common mechanical leg due to being more durable and can carry more weight, even if it's 1 kph less than 'Atlas'. For the epic mechanical legs shown in the dev blog, it seems like they split the 'T-Rex' epic mechanical leg. The light one looks like it will act as if the perked up T-Rex when it accumulates an amount of damage to increase maximum speed, while the heavy one is the base stats of T-Rex. My prediction of the speed of the new mechanical legs that will arrive in PC and console, they might go for 39-48 kph. The mechanical legs in mobile goes 36(Titan), 37(Atlas), and 45(T-Rex) kph, so it will be predictably that they'll make the ones that will be in pc and console to be faster than the ones in mobile.
Dev's must have read me spamming in general chat on console for months about how cool this game would be if it had reverse joint legs like mech warrior, trust in their greed 😭 👍
I've seen some videos of the legs on crossout Mobile They just hop around on one leg when one is destroyed it will be interesting to see in battle. I'm surprised I haven't seen smoke bombs, or smoke screens yet with everything being introduced to battle 🤷🏻♂️😅
The support module will the brick meta even worse, raising their top speed? Hmm. Pairing that module with defensive heavy cabs like the ermak, cohort or the train one will make the most sense. (If you really cant use omamori/averter at the same time)
Brick meta is dead currently. Their top speed has been nerfed several times and this module while on paper sounds like it may help resurface more I’m still confident it will not work to the efficiency it use to be, breaker bricks will have guns that can be one shot no matter what cab they run, Draco bricks are having their cabin nerfed not to mention them being heavily nerfed as well. And on top of all of this they’re nerfing all forms of armor resistance against bullet and blast damage so things like cannons, helicons, and grenades will all be able to chunk off armor way better.
i would rather pay 30 to 40 to get all the parts and none of the extra pass junk instead of waiting half a year on a time gated pass after this mech pass i might be done till next big thing with mechs being here there is no next big thing for me unless we get wall climbing spider legs or something unique the passed are just a depressing burn out im ok with mini pass since it only 30 days but the big pass is like more then 100 days
This was their opportunity to add a legendary movement part, godammit. Lets cross that rubicon already. I want even bigger bigfoots, even bigger tracks, and beefy ass helicopter blades that deal melee damage!
@@spacevaporeonamvs3171 I don't mind crafting legendaries. It's Relics that need to come down in price. Since movement is generally the last thing you upgrade on your build, I don't really see a problem with it.
hey jb good day, i have a problem about my gaijin pass need linking code from website and i cannot open it but when i try on website it want a code from gaijin pass app, any idea how to fix this?
The mech legs are gonna kill the game ..........mark my words This is a car game if you wanna play a game with mechs or robots go play armored it's crossout but with mechs Devs have gone to far with this one unless they do it like chopper blades and you are in a different style match then reg car driving ... so fingers crossed
That new grenade launcher kinda sounds like the summator and arguement nailguns but in reverse? idk but this is gearing up to be the best battlepass yet :)

In mobile they just re release battle passes
JB the scavenger van sides are going to be like the previous hyperborean composite armor pieces with more resistance to damage!

They need to bring back the large maps with respawn & the top total damage respawn matches full Time. Those were fun.

What's FTP? (I understand that by replying, you lose the time saved in using an abbreviation in the first place)
Heli matches are ruined mostly by bots. They have aimbot and most of the time you dont have cover when fighting in the air.
I often stay close to ground with my heli and kill the bots that run to center first. That gives an edge against the other team.

this season looks like a insanely good one ngl
I am in the 1% then!!!
First steppenwolfs, then ravager and now the same 2x6 bumper in the New season again....
excited for the mechs and battle mode, dreading the damage boost.
Might have to see what battletech mechs come into play now.
This season actually looks amazing
Yeah a lot of good changes not all of them ofcourse but mostly good and i hope their rework of their new game mode is good.
@@JBRider to be honest... i always dream all my builds go together like how Voltron go... adding mecha legs further put my dreams to shine
*LES GOO!*
It's the same size as a bootstrap 2:52
Rocket launcher mentioned precises shooting so doubt it's lock on.
I've seen some videos of the legs on crossout Mobile They just hop around on one leg when one is destroyed it will be interesting to see in battle. I'm surprised I haven't seen smoke bombs, or smoke screens yet with everything being introduced to battle 🤷🏻♂️😅
I HOPE WE GET ALL OF THESE IN ONE BP
Looking forward to trying the legs
Gonna build the Jaeger mech 🗿🤌
Pacific Rim. Let's go!👍🏽
@@chuckydjr 🗿🤜🤛🗿
i sense a lot of star wars art builds coming soon
Cluster grenades! Let's goooo!!!
Thank you so much jb rider I need more storage I hate getting rid of my extra decor
Imma make a GUNDAM!
I wish they would allow you to finish old battle passes. I can only craft the non steering hermit wheels becasue I quite for a while during that pass
i cant tell if i like it or not...
sounds expensive
Says precision and maneuverable rockets so I don't imagine it's Heather like. More of a Cross between Hurricane lock on and Cricket volley
Hey JB in your next video you should try a photon cabin a remedy, and two auroras.
hyped for mechs
Im gonna try to make an at-ap
I hope we can make a chrome hound now
i loved chrome hounds back in the day, was a great mech game
8:50 Never gonnna happen, they cant manipulate the market that way
i would rather pay 30 to 40 to get all the parts and none of the extra pass junk instead of waiting half a year on a time gated pass after this mech pass i might be done till next big thing with mechs being here there is no next big thing for me unless we get wall climbing spider legs or something unique the passed are just a depressing burn out im ok with mini pass since it only 30 days but the big pass is like more then 100 days
I swear ive seen that thumbnail before, or atleast the hadron mech...
Ive never been this early to jbrider
Jb you should try two auroras a remedy and the photon cabin
C&C GDI Titan awaits ))
Steel Talons RULE!!!
@@JustGreatRight Steel Talons Rule!!!
This was their opportunity to add a legendary movement part, godammit. Lets cross that rubicon already. I want even bigger bigfoots, even bigger tracks, and beefy ass helicopter blades that deal melee damage!
ew no plus ppl usually needs many movement parts will get overpriced easily
@@spacevaporeonamvs3171 I don't mind crafting legendaries. It's Relics that need to come down in price. Since movement is generally the last thing you upgrade on your build, I don't really see a problem with it.
I cant wait
We need cheap low rarety tracks, legs and hovers so begginers can have some fun and know in what they want to invest their money and time
Hovers are kinda ehh a new player doesn't have the aim for those nightmares
Agreed. Weapons like rapiers and pulses are near unusable without multi directional movement parts
7:46 looks like a nice waist for a bipedal art build
BIPEDAL LEGS???? WTF
ahahah :D
LEGS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice!
hey jb good day, i have a problem about my gaijin pass need linking code from website and i cannot open it but when i try on website it want a code from gaijin pass app, any idea how to fix this?
What are the builds in the regular garage yard lined up through to the outside a bunch of them looks like a omni cabin ? Has anyone ever built one?😅
I hope crossout replaces MWO. MWO is really outdated in game modes and quick play
WAAAT???
I do not like the path crossout it's taking. If you guys know war robots you know what I mean.
wanna see wanna be and wanna do
Yo! Seeing "no views" under the video is crazy! Kinda hyped for that season btw
Props to you for actually trying to be original, also the season does look dope asf
CROSSOUT- WHY
Money
Fun

@@JamesH-vn6vjMoney
Boooooo on the mech
no u
You got to be insanely crazy for that
The mech legs are gonna kill the game ..........mark my words
This is a car game if you wanna play a game with mechs or robots go play armored it's crossout but with mechs
Devs have gone to far with this one unless they do it like chopper blades and you are in a different style match then reg car driving ... so fingers crossed
It will replace the the Heli mode
game must be rich for various parts! IF crossout would be cars only game from the beginning - almost nobody would play it
Just look at mobile
That new grenade launcher kinda sounds like the summator and arguement nailguns but in reverse? idk but this is gearing up to be the best battlepass yet :)
