Mike, at 24:31 you should not hold the terminal while somebody is cranking the engine. The battery can blow up in your face. This is not hypothetical, it happened to a friend of mine while I was cranking his car to get it started. You twist them and walk away a safe distance. My friend was lucky the battery acid didn't damage his eyes.

Randy my friend, you never fail to amaze me! I love the Caddy. My Godfather got a new one every year when I was growing up in the 60’s and 70’s. Even though the car was only a year old, he always let me take the radio out of it before he got rid of it. Then he usually donated it to the church. I wanted to be an electronic engineer when I grew up and he really liked the idea. The radio thing was one of his ways of encouraging me. It worked, I spent the first 20 years of my career as an EE. I mention this because your video brought back some pleasent memories for me. On my 12th birthday he picked me up in a brand new 1966 four door caddy. It was white with a light blue interior. Your thumbnail made me feel like I was 12 years old again for a few moments. I think you picked out a great car for the Power Tour, just make sure the AC is sorted in time! I’m looking forward to riding along with you and MWM again. Your 2022 Power Tour video was fantastic. Congratulations on the bagger. Peace, DrRick
Had a 66 cad which is about the same. Great car. Has a couple of things you might want to know. The water pump is a bear to change, heater hose that. Runs under the intake manifold , tail light bulb change requires removing rear bumper. Loved my 66 conv. You have a bueatiful car!!
The Seville and the Fleetwood were nice, but the 65 just has those classic Cadillac lines and presence. And that interior looks unbelievably comfortable! Four door hardtops with the roll down center window pillar are just so much fun to cruise in.
Great video! I don't give a crap what anyone says, I love that car! It looks beautiful. Once you get a few bugs straightened out it's going to be a great cruiser! You guys will be styling on the Power Tour! Love it! You did good Randy!
Randy this is a sweet caddy! Definitely a great deal in my opinion! Ideal power tour car. Hopefully you can get the ac working. A little work she’ll be a great car! Love this old caddy!
Wow! Been waiting for this for what seems like forever. Well worth the wait. Absolutely love the caddy. I’d happily give a limb to see that on my driveway here in the U.K. Can’t wait to see more of this one. 👍
Glad you are going to order a dip stick for the nice Caddy. Plus you need to order an oil cap as well. You certainly don't want something real bad to happen for the vintage and expensive car. I want to see in the future if you decide to sell it.
Great pickup Randy! An awesome road trip with friends. Thank you for the positive video Randy. Great to see John, The Car Ninja, and the crew together.
With it running in the battery disconnects, it should run off the alternator. Unless it's just running off the battery with the.alt not chargeing or regulator is malfunctioning

Hey Randy good pull on tge tge Caddy. Wheels work with the color scheme, Inside interior looks like the should copy the exterior. But there's a reason the sales person said you should trailer it back. Mainly for the battery & that oil cap situation. Follow your dreams man...
The Caddy is a cool car. It looks like a good solid car that needs a little tweaking. It will be a great power tour car. I always like seeing Mike on your channel. I subscribed to his channel a long time ago because of you. He has great videos too. Keep the videos coming.
About 20 years ago, I went to the yard sale with my grandmother she bought one of those in great OG condition for $750. She didn’t even have a drivers license and had never driven. I got to drive it home.
That's cool Randy that your grandfather had a 67 white with a black top. My dad also had a 67 that was white with a black top but my dads was a convertible.
Caddy looks good Randy. Try getting ahold of Derek from VGG. He seems to be able to find old odd ball stuff. He has a few old Cadillacs and might actually have the dipstick you need. Mike is an animal at golf! Dang man. LOL

Randy for fun I will tell you this some and certain caps for older large and small engines. Some vented caps what's called like a duck bill cap. Great videos!
Nice caddy. I like the ride height where the rear wheel center cap matches the fender skirt lip and the front wheel shows 1 inch of rubber at the fender lip.
I'd be surprised if that old analog clock did work. I thing the only thing I would change is put wider whitewall tires on it. I think the wider whitewalls would pull the white together on those black tires!!
