If you are having issues with the air, make sure that the clear air valve under the cap is open. I had like 5 that didn’t work and as soon as I looked and realized the hole was not open and I opened it. It worked like MAGIC…

I’m glad it helped! A new trick I found is to tip it up until the water is to the nozzle and blow hard into the nozzle and then sip before removing your lips. Whalahh it starts dispensing again!

I don't have the kind with the silver bag and the ridges. Therefore, when I did the part where you say to wiggle it and pull it up, 2 white pieces broke off and now I can't get that particular cartridge back on. When I do get it on it barely hangs and then it ends up floating in my water. This is frustrating because I've been having my Cirkul kit for months and as of 2 days ago I finally opened it and finally decided to use it for the first time. And of course with it being my first time, I wanted to test out all the settings to see which was best for me. I had no idea that after so many tastings, it would just go back to playing water no matter what setting I put it on. I called myself trying to follow every step in your instructions. Unfortunately, my first cartridge is pretty much going to waste; it's just water at this point. I'll do better keeping the cartridge and just find Crystal Light at this point! Oh, and I do have to point out and agree, the plastic air valve thing under the lid was definitely one of the issues also. I'm afraid to open up one of the other two cartridges that came in the kit, cause I still want to try to get flavoring out of the first cartridge.
@@KimberlymoganNothing was there. It just has 2 pieces; the part with the flip top were you choose the flavoring and sip from and the other part is the white tube. There's no silver foil looking bag attached to either/neither parts. I'm not sure if they make different types of Cirkul bottles or what. The one I have has the words LifeSip and the name of the flavor.
@@drochell7037 so when you pull the white tube part off of the sip part, there’s nothing inside? Very odd and not right. If that’s the case take a photo and send it to Cirkul. They’re very good at replacing things. The white tube part should be covering the flavor packet (silver bag)
‼️ 6:05 ‼️follow this step then instead of pushing the air out of the bag, you need to suck the air out as if your drinking from it, my packet had water in it so I guess it broke cause I went from the 3rd setting to the 7th in less than a few hours and I was only trying a new flavor so I wasn’t drinking a ton like you would think it was only filled up once 😮 hope this helps 💯

I’ve noticed this problem and don’t really mind it. Usually I don’t keep the plastic cover around the foil pouch either. One weird problem I’ve noticed is sometimes while I have the bottle standing around on my desk it’ll start leaking water and bubbling on its own from the top? Not sure what that’s about. It almost seems like it’s possessed! 😂 Though I’ve only had a few flavors do this for some reason while others work normally.

What happens if when I squeeze the bag of product and nothing comes out. Like it’s full and all but no air no product and I can feel the product if it makes sense
If you want to drink regular water you can simply turn the sip to off - which is the X. if you do not want to use any sup at all you can use many different lids from other brands of bottles. You could also modify an empty sip by removing the flavor bag.
The air valve was what I thought was the issue because it was closed, so I opened it and it still just tastes like water. It worked very well until I put the lemonade cartridge in and it just stopped working
Did you try the other things? +Make sure the clear plastic flow membrane has an open X slit. +Moving the dial all the way in each direction a few times, then setting on 3 and try it? OR. +Set it on 3, tip it all the way up so water is touching the entire lid then put your lips around it as you would to sip but instead BLOW really hard for a couple seconds then immediately sip without removing your lips from the blow. Sometimes the flow valve gets clogged. If none of these work open it to be sure there’s liquid in the pouch and if so, make sure you remove the air, if any, and try again Some sips that people are getting at Walmart are having more issues. I think it’s due to the long shipping/stock times and temperature changes. It’s been making the membrane seal shut, crystallized flavoring to clog the adjuster, and some are damaged/leaked or have even evaporated. The good news is that the company has a great customer service area and they will help you if you’ve purchased from them and there’s an issue. I hope it works out. I’m interested to hear if your next one works fine again
It's weird how when i tried to drink it, it was like i was sucking a marble through a straw and then get 100% flavor. I lost my 22oz and had bought the 32oz and having that problem
None of these things worked.. idk why but I hadn’t even finished about half of the bottle and suddenly the flavor stopped working. I can’t find anything that helps. If anyone knows any other ways to fix the flavor please tell me
But to fix it I think you can take off the lid not the flavor and check under it and you’ll see a rubber thing and take it off but it can leak sometimes
I’m sorry I didn’t see this. If you tried every one of my hacks including the updated one of blowing then sip and it still didn’t work, AND you made sure there was flavoring in the pouch, the flavor pouch could be clogged or damaged. If no other sip does it, just one of them, I’d say take it out and try to squeeze gently with it on 2 or 3 and see if flavoring flows. If it does then you may have cleared the clog, try again. If it doesn’t flow then it’s damaged or clogged. Simply contact Cirkul and they’ll make it right
Maybe because the cartridge is actually empty. I only filled my bottle about two or three times before I can't get any flavor. I tried everything you said and nothing
I do not know why but I have a new cartridge that I am using and I drink it but it still tastes like water I placed the intensity at 5 but it does not work and I’m worried I wasted my money so I was wondering how to fix this conundrum
Try this if you’ve tried the rest. Turn the dial all the way on then pall the way off a couple times, then to #5 and try. If still no taste, tip up as you would to take a drink and instead of sucking, BLOW really hard for a second or two then immediately suck. This seems to help those cartilages that the valve gets stuck
Are you saying you had a 22oz bottle, filled it with water, and the flavor was empty after only drinking 1/4 (approx 5oz water)? Thats impossible unless the sip was broken/leaked out.
Also keep in mind too that, I don’t know if it’s different brands or not but they’re not putting that much flavor in these things. After drinking this latest flavor (the fourth one where the flavor goes out prematurely) I watched this video and did the air thing to come to find out there was no flavor after drinking one whole bottles worth. Should be noted I only drink at level 4 because I don’t want it too sweet.
How big of a bottle? Where did you get the flavors? Almost all I’ve received the bag is completely full. I did get a couple from Walmart and one in the mail that were not full. Those had a leak and had dripped out most of the flavoring in shipment. Next one you open, will you check the flavor bag before you open it? The bag should be completely full. If it is not, will you contact Cirkul and let them know what happened and where you purchased?

It's what number you have it on. I usually have it on 3/4 and once i can taste the flavor is near It's end I'll bump it up to 5 or 6. X is closing it and the 🌕 after 9 is full on flavor
Try to not have it past 2 or 3 to make it last longer, but many people have said that the flavoring doesn't last as long as the company says and the amount is very inconsistent which is why it runs out so fast....some times you get a little flavoring and then the next time you get a lot of it even at a low number the company needs to redo their cartridges because they don't work well.
Are you sure the flavoring is really gone? Be sure to check, to make sure it’s not just clogged, or the air valve is too open/closed . If it’s not that and it’s simply because you have it all the way on 10 at all times, then it’s because you’re using it like a jewel aid type of drink. There are some people who like nothing but flavor and keep them on max. They know this means it’s going to run out quickly because it’s not what it’s designed as. If this is you, maybe Cirkul isn’t for you, unfortunately. It’s designed for flavored WATER, not a “kool aid” type of flavored drink, and I think some get confused. If you need something strong like you’d get with kool aid, country time, or other powdered “drink mix” then you’re not going to be happy with Cirkul, which is just to flavor the water. I have bought bottles of flavored water and they’re too light of a flavoring but drink mixed are too strong for me. So Cirkul is perfect FOR ME since I can make it slightly more flavorful than store bought flavored water. Hope it helps!
@braydenmann4815 I buy the flavor in the squeeze bottles cheaper than the cartridges and in get now out, refilling is much cheaper than buying new cartridges every time. I bet at least 4 to 5 users out of those squeeze bottles water flavoring.
i just got a new island punch and its not flavoring, i used to have fruitpunch, its 3 was strong enough for me, i get island punch, the ten taste likes 2 on fruit punch, does anyone else have this issue or a way to solve this?
Close it, remove the sip, shake vigorously. Check to be sure the rubber valve stopper is ok. Flip it back and forth a couple times just to be sure. Run the sip nozzle part (uncapped) under hot water for a few seconds. Shake again. Put back in the cap. Gently turn it all the way up then all the way down a couple times. Now turn to 2 or 3 and try it
Sometimes the sip gets clogged - the shaking and hot water rinse should clear it- or the barrier that’s usually broken the first time you turn the flow meter up doesn’t fully break- the turning from one extreme to the other a few times should fully open the seal Then there’s the air vent stopper, it can get too loose, causing too much of an opening, or too tight, Which makes it hard to get any flavoring- wiggling it every now and then helps keep it in the right ppositiin
Says 6 20 Oz bottles of water worth but we just had one last 1/4 of the water. Idk y because it was on leve 3 not 9...but you can take apart and refill the bag with water flavor like from Walmart etc
It depends on the level you have it on. If the sip has been damaged in storage, shipping, etc it could have leaked. If you opened it and the bag was truly empty, contact Cirkul. I have heard a lot of people having this issue in the Sams club and Walmart starter packs as well as some of those same places individual sips. I’m thinking something is happening in shipping or warehousing
Did everything here and nothing happened. Bought the starter kit at Sam’s and the flavor starts off good at first and the flavor literally disappears after 5 minutes. Even opened it up to look at the cartridge and it was completely empty. Have tried 2 cartridges now
I’ve heard a couple people say they’ve had issues with what they purchased at Sam’s/walmart. My suggestion since you say they were empty: Contact Cirkul and inform them of the issue. They have great customer service and will be able to help make it right. I’ve recently purchased my 250th sip and have only had an issue with 5. 3 of which the mailman broke, and two that had a broken nozzle, however, I’ve only purchased straight from Cirkul.
I’ve had hundreds of sips over the past year and never had that issue. Can we go thru some checks? 1) Your lid does still have the air valve in it correct? It’s a clear rubber piece in the actual cap the sip screws into. If that’s gone, it can cause the flavoring to not regulate properly. 2) has the packaging of the sips been tampered with? Did you get them all from the same place at the same time? you open the sip from the packaging, is it on zero? (All the way to the clockwise position? If any of these are an issue then maybe someone damaged them prior to purchase. Contact Cirkul and they’ll replace them 3) when you screw the sip in for the first time, do you turn the dial gently counter clockwise to 2 or 3? IF you are forcefully (or even not forcefully)turning clockwise past x or counter clockwise past 9 then you may be breaking the dispensing mechanism. Try a new one and only turn to 1 then test. If no flavor or too light of a flavor go up 1 level at a time until you get to the flavor you want. If at 1 on a new sip it’s full flavor, call Cirkul and tell them you have damaged sips and they’ll replace them. That’s the only things that would cause full flavor unless you are physically damaging them yourself by tampering with the nozzle barrier Cirkul is great about replacing damaged items. Just contact them and let them know what’s going on and they’ll send you out replacements. Keep me updated?
@@travisbirch7815 Ok, look at the other things I wrote, if the air valve is there, it doesnt turn past the x or 9, and you only have it on 2 or 3 then Id say call or message Cirkul because theres something wrong with the sips you got in the bundle, The bundles I saw were 2 sips bottle and lid. same? The only thing the bottle and lid could affect is if your air valve. or the plug has an issue. otherwise its sip specific issues . That being said, if its happening to several and you arent doing something to cause it, then youve got ahold of some damaged sips. if youve tried sips you bought elsewhere also and its happening then Im at a loss.

When you turn it you do not see anything in the circul hole? They aren’t bold, you have to look closely. If you have reading glasses or a magnifying glass, try that. If they’re are no numbers at all please contact CirKul because that’s not their product

@@NoahVR._. if you got it in a pack then it should be legit. I’ve never been able to twist it past either x so unless you hemaned it, you should be between the two x with the first being on the right, turning counter clockwise to the other x. The numbers aren’t a different color, just raised, so they’re probably there, you just don’t see them yet. Get a magnifying glass if your eyes aren’t superior, get into light helps, but don’t expect to see them in a different color than the dial.

I went and researched the Selah. The reason I like Cirkul is because I can change the flavor amount (or none) for every sip, and it doesn’t flavor the entire bottle of water, so I can dump the water without wasting the flavor. The Selah actually flavors the entire bottle of water, so after clicking the button, you’re stuck with that flavor in the water (you can add more but cannot regulate up and down) Another issue I would have is that you must have two pods in the bottle at all times of use. There seems to be several things that will cause leakage also. For me, it’s not right. But if you don’t mind flavoring an entire bottle at once and not being able to regulate the taste/strength. Then it may be novel, however it’s really no different than buying the usual flavor drops and flavoring each bottle except the pods are stored in the bottle.
Ok let’s see if we can figure out the problem. 1) where did you purchase? 2) when you opened it, was it wet? Smelled strongly of the flavor? 3) what setting did you have it on? 4) when you decided it was empty, did you open the cartridge and actually find an empty pouch? Let me know and I will see if I can help you with this.
Could be the valve issue, could be that your personal taste buds aren’t able to decipher light flavor. I can’t taste anything until 3 or 4, my husband can’t until 6, yet a friend of mine can at 2

You can pull the white cover off and squeeze the bag gently and slowly with the dial set to 1 or two. You’ll hear air at first but if there’s anything still in it, after the air you will see liquid. Do it slowly so you don’t squirt it out and waste it. Depending on how much you drink in those couple days and what setting you have it on, it may be gone.
Did you try all of the tips? What setting do you have it on? Take the lid off and check that the little clear plastic flow valve is not stuck by wiggling it around. Sometimes putting it thru a dishwasher cycle on the top shelf, or soaking a few minutes in very hot water will loosen it. If you remove it, it will no longer be leakproof so only remove as a last resort. Try again Turn the dial back and forth all the way each way several times.on the sip. Then set it at 3. Try again Turn the dial all the way up then back down to 3. With at least half bottle of water and lid on tight, put your lips around nozzle, tip the bottle all the way up, blow into the nozzle and then suck like a straw. Now try normally. Sometimes the blow/suck process has to be done several times throughout the sips life. The issue seems to be with their flow valve (the little rubber stopper in the lid) it is there to regulate flow without causing leakage, but it stops flow all together if it is seated all the way in. The reason your first sips seemed to have full flavor is because the sip may have seeped flavor into the nozzle during manufacturing, testing, or shipment/storage and activated when the first sip of water was presented. I have taken the rubber stopper out of one of my lids, and I am just mindful that it’s not there when tipping up the bottle that it is on the higher side so I don’t drip water all over myself, and keep aware that it isn’t spill proof if I toss into a bag
I’ve never done it because the sips aren’t that expensive. From other videos about refilling, I guess there’s a way to pull the foil bag off and put back on, I’ve never been able to do it. I tried taking it off because they say it’s not recyclable. I end up cutting it off, which definitely wouldn’t allow for refilling
Look up videos. It's easy. The first one I tried, I made a mess. But I looked up more videos and now I've been able to refill several of them with the liquid Crystal Lite. It worked perfect. I only plan on refilling each no more than 3 times just to have a larger variety of flavors.
Same - I’m super annoyed. I can tell I have a ton of flavoring left but I only get straight water out regardless of the setting or how many times I try to get the air out of the cartridge. Cirkul knows their flaws but won’t fix them.
I have found another couple hacks😢. Fill completely, open to 5 or above, Tip the bottle completely up and instead of sucking, blow. Then suck before returning the bottle to upright. Sometimes you’ll hear a small pop. It’s fixed some of my more difficult ones. And one I had didn’t fix with any of this and I was playing with the nozzle and saw that the plastic was slit, but not all the way through. Made the slit complete and it worked. Some won’t fix at all. I save them and call for replacement
I believe they are going to work out the issues. Until recently they were a private company, meaning they only sold online and didn’t even have a whole lot of flavors/bottles/ etc. now they have a lot of choices and things have evolved a bit already. I put up with the small hassles because it gives me what I want and need where I haven’t found that elsewhere. I hope if you have one you’ll end up enjoying it or find another use, or person to gift it to that will

Be sure that only an X slit is open, don’t damage or remove it completely as it helps regulate the flavor dispersion

It's weird how when i tried to drink it, it was like i was sucking a marble through a straw and then get 100% flavor. I lost my 22oz and had bought the 32oz and having that problem

None of these things worked.. idk why but I hadn’t even finished about half of the bottle and suddenly the flavor stopped working. I can’t find anything that helps. If anyone knows any other ways to fix the flavor please tell me

But to fix it I think you can take off the lid not the flavor and check under it and you’ll see a rubber thing and take it off but it can leak sometimes
I’m sorry I didn’t see this. If you tried every one of my hacks including the updated one of blowing then sip and it still didn’t work, AND you made sure there was flavoring in the pouch, the flavor pouch could be clogged or damaged. If no other sip does it, just one of them, I’d say take it out and try to squeeze gently with it on 2 or 3 and see if flavoring flows. If it does then you may have cleared the clog, try again. If it doesn’t flow then it’s damaged or clogged. Simply contact Cirkul and they’ll make it right

Maybe because the cartridge is actually empty. I only filled my bottle about two or three times before I can't get any flavor. I tried everything you said and nothing
I do not know why but I have a new cartridge that I am using and I drink it but it still tastes like water I placed the intensity at 5 but it does not work and I’m worried I wasted my money so I was wondering how to fix this conundrum
Try this if you’ve tried the rest.
Turn the dial all the way on then pall the way off a couple times, then to #5 and try. If still no taste, tip up as you would to take a drink and instead of sucking, BLOW really hard for a second or two then immediately suck.
This seems to help those cartilages that the valve gets stuck
I had one that was out of flavor in 1/4 of water in the bottoe at level 3
Are you saying you had a 22oz bottle, filled it with water, and the flavor was empty after only drinking 1/4 (approx 5oz water)? Thats impossible unless the sip was broken/leaked out.
Also keep in mind too that, I don’t know if it’s different brands or not but they’re not putting that much flavor in these things. After drinking this latest flavor (the fourth one where the flavor goes out prematurely) I watched this video and did the air thing to come to find out there was no flavor after drinking one whole bottles worth. Should be noted I only drink at level 4 because I don’t want it too sweet.
How big of a bottle? Where did you get the flavors? Almost all I’ve received the bag is completely full. I did get a couple from Walmart and one in the mail that were not full. Those had a leak and had dripped out most of the flavoring in shipment.
Next one you open, will you check the flavor bag before you open it? The bag should be completely full. If it is not, will you contact Cirkul and let them know what happened and where you purchased?
@@Kimberlymogan I bought them all from the same Walmart, the bottle I believe is 40 ounces? I know one flavor lasted me 4 refills so I know they should last longer than one bottle. I will definitely do that though thank you!
im a new user and i went through a whole thing of flavor in 2 bottles... why is that? and how can i make it last longer
It's what number you have it on. I usually have it on 3/4 and once i can taste the flavor is near It's end I'll bump it up to 5 or 6. X is closing it and the 🌕 after 9 is full on flavor
Try to not have it past 2 or 3 to make it last longer, but many people have said that the flavoring doesn't last as long as the company says and the amount is very inconsistent which is why it runs out so fast....some times you get a little flavoring and then the next time you get a lot of it even at a low number the company needs to redo their cartridges because they don't work well.
Are you sure the flavoring is really gone? Be sure to check, to make sure it’s not just clogged, or the air valve is too open/closed .
If it’s not that and it’s simply because you have it all the way on 10 at all times, then it’s because you’re using it like a jewel aid type of drink.
There are some people who like nothing but flavor and keep them on max. They know this means it’s going to run out quickly because it’s not what it’s designed as.
If this is you, maybe Cirkul isn’t for you, unfortunately.
It’s designed for flavored WATER, not a “kool aid” type of flavored drink, and I think some get confused. If you need something strong like you’d get with kool aid, country time, or other powdered “drink mix” then you’re not going to be happy with Cirkul, which is just to flavor the water.
I have bought bottles of flavored water and they’re too light of a flavoring but drink mixed are too strong for me. So Cirkul is perfect FOR ME since I can make it slightly more flavorful than store bought flavored water.

@braydenmann4815 I buy the flavor in the squeeze bottles cheaper than the cartridges and in get now out, refilling is much cheaper than buying new cartridges every time. I bet at least 4 to 5 users out of those squeeze bottles water flavoring.

If there's drink mix coming out on X then the cartridge might be defective, there should be only water on the X and no drink mix added in.
i just got a new island punch and its not flavoring, i used to have fruitpunch, its 3 was strong enough for me, i get island punch, the ten taste likes 2 on fruit punch, does anyone else have this issue or a way to solve this?
Close it, remove the sip, shake vigorously. Check to be sure the rubber valve stopper is ok. Flip it back and forth a couple times just to be sure. Run the sip nozzle part (uncapped) under hot water for a few seconds. Shake again. Put back in the cap. Gently turn it all the way up then all the way down a couple times. Now turn to 2 or 3 and try it
Sometimes the sip gets clogged - the shaking and hot water rinse should clear it-
or the barrier that’s usually broken the first time you turn the flow meter up doesn’t fully break- the turning from one extreme to the other a few times should fully open the seal
Then there’s the air vent stopper, it can get too loose, causing too much of an opening, or too tight, Which makes it hard to get any flavoring- wiggling it every now and then helps keep it in the right ppositiin
How Long is my cirkul flavoring supposed to last??
Says 6 20 Oz bottles of water worth but we just had one last 1/4 of the water. Idk y because it was on leve 3 not 9...but you can take apart and refill the bag with water flavor like from Walmart etc
It depends on the level you have it on. If the sip has been damaged in storage, shipping, etc it could have leaked. If you opened it and the bag was truly empty, contact Cirkul. I have heard a lot of people having this issue in the Sams club and Walmart starter packs as well as some of those same places individual sips. I’m thinking something is happening in shipping or warehousing
Did everything here and nothing happened. Bought the starter kit at Sam’s and the flavor starts off good at first and the flavor literally disappears after 5 minutes. Even opened it up to look at the cartridge and it was completely empty. Have tried 2 cartridges now
I’ve heard a couple people say they’ve had issues with what they purchased at Sam’s/walmart. My suggestion since you say they were empty: Contact Cirkul and inform them of the issue. They have great customer service and will be able to help make it right. I’ve recently purchased my 250th sip and have only had an issue with 5. 3 of which the mailman broke, and two that had a broken nozzle, however, I’ve only purchased straight from Cirkul.

I’ve had hundreds of sips over the past year and never had that issue. Can we go thru some checks?
1) Your lid does still have the air valve in it correct? It’s a clear rubber piece in the actual cap the sip screws into. If that’s gone, it can cause the flavoring to not regulate properly.
2) has the packaging of the sips been tampered with? Did you get them all from the same place at the same time? you open the sip from the packaging, is it on zero? (All the way to the clockwise position? If any of these are an issue then maybe someone damaged them prior to purchase. Contact Cirkul and they’ll replace them
3) when you screw the sip in for the first time, do you turn the dial gently counter clockwise to 2 or 3? IF you are forcefully (or even not forcefully)turning clockwise past x or counter clockwise past 9 then you may be breaking the dispensing mechanism. Try a new one and only turn to 1 then test. If no flavor or too light of a flavor go up 1 level at a time until you get to the flavor you want. If at 1 on a new sip it’s full flavor, call Cirkul and tell them you have damaged sips and they’ll replace them.
That’s the only things that would cause full flavor unless you are physically damaging them yourself by tampering with the nozzle barrier
Cirkul is great about replacing damaged items. Just contact them and let them know what’s going on and they’ll send you out replacements.

@@travisbirch7815 Ok, look at the other things I wrote, if the air valve is there, it doesnt turn past the x or 9, and you only have it on 2 or 3 then Id say call or message Cirkul because theres something wrong with the sips you got in the bundle, The bundles I saw were 2 sips bottle and lid. same? The only thing the bottle and lid could affect is if your air valve. or the plug has an issue. otherwise its sip specific issues . That being said, if its happening to several and you arent doing something to cause it, then youve got ahold of some damaged sips. if youve tried sips you bought elsewhere also and its happening then Im at a loss.
My cirkul flavor is like sour tasting, idk what to do. It’s making me sick. I feel like throwing up.
I’m sorry I missed this. Is this a flavor you haven’t had before? Was it not sour and then became sour? There’s one type of their flavors that taste like that to me.

When you turn it you do not see anything in the circul hole? They aren’t bold, you have to look closely. If you have reading glasses or a magnifying glass, try that. If they’re are no numbers at all please contact CirKul because that’s not their product

@@NoahVR._. if you got it in a pack then it should be legit. I’ve never been able to twist it past either x so unless you hemaned it, you should be between the two x with the first being on the right, turning counter clockwise to the other x. The numbers aren’t a different color, just raised, so they’re probably there, you just don’t see them yet. Get a magnifying glass if your eyes aren’t superior, get into light helps, but don’t expect to see them in a different color than the dial.

Can you review the Selah flavored water bottle? I want to know if it's better than Cirkul.
I’ve never heard of that one. I will see what I can find
I went and researched the Selah. The reason I like Cirkul is because I can change the flavor amount (or none) for every sip, and it doesn’t flavor the entire bottle of water, so I can dump the water without wasting the flavor. The Selah actually flavors the entire bottle of water, so after clicking the button, you’re stuck with that flavor in the water (you can add more but cannot regulate up and down)
Another issue I would have is that you must have two pods in the bottle at all times of use. There seems to be several things that will cause leakage also.
For me, it’s not right. But if you don’t mind flavoring an entire bottle at once and not being able to regulate the taste/strength. Then it may be novel, however it’s really no different than buying the usual flavor drops and flavoring each bottle except the pods are stored in the bottle.
Nothing worked, somehow after 1 bottle of water the flavor ran out (it was a new one too)
Ok let’s see if we can figure out the problem.
1) where did you purchase?
2) when you opened it, was it wet? Smelled strongly of the flavor?
3) what setting did you have it on?
4) when you decided it was empty, did you open the cartridge and actually find an empty pouch?

Could be the valve issue, could be that your personal taste buds aren’t able to decipher light flavor. I can’t taste anything until 3 or 4, my husband can’t until 6, yet a friend of mine can at 2

You can pull the white cover off and squeeze the bag gently and slowly with the dial set to 1 or two. You’ll hear air at first but if there’s anything still in it, after the air you will see liquid. Do it slowly so you don’t squirt it out and waste it.
Depending on how much you drink in those couple days and what setting you have it on, it may be gone.

Did you try all of the tips? What setting do you have it on?
Take the lid off and check that the little clear plastic flow valve is not stuck by wiggling it around. Sometimes putting it thru a dishwasher cycle on the top shelf, or soaking a few minutes in very hot water will loosen it. If you remove it, it will no longer be leakproof so only remove as a last resort. Try again
Turn the dial back and forth all the way each way several times.on the sip. Then set it at 3. Try again
Turn the dial all the way up then back down to 3. With at least half bottle of water and lid on tight, put your lips around nozzle, tip the bottle all the way up, blow into the nozzle and then suck like a straw. Now try normally. Sometimes the blow/suck process has to be done several times throughout the sips life.
The issue seems to be with their flow valve (the little rubber stopper in the lid) it is there to regulate flow without causing leakage, but it stops flow all together if it is seated all the way in. The reason your first sips seemed to have full flavor is because the sip may have seeped flavor into the nozzle during manufacturing, testing, or shipment/storage and activated when the first sip of water was presented.
I have taken the rubber stopper out of one of my lids, and I am just mindful that it’s not there when tipping up the bottle that it is on the higher side so I don’t drip water all over myself, and keep aware that it isn’t spill proof if I toss into a bag
How do you refill the flavor??
I’ve never done it because the sips aren’t that expensive. From other videos about refilling, I guess there’s a way to pull the foil bag off and put back on, I’ve never been able to do it. I tried taking it off because they say it’s not recyclable. I end up cutting it off, which definitely wouldn’t allow for refilling

Look up videos. It's easy. The first one I tried, I made a mess. But I looked up more videos and now I've been able to refill several of them with the liquid Crystal Lite. It worked perfect. I only plan on refilling each no more than 3 times just to have a larger variety of flavors.
What if none of this works...so aggravating.
Same - I’m super annoyed. I can tell I have a ton of flavoring left but I only get straight water out regardless of the setting or how many times I try to get the air out of the cartridge. Cirkul knows their flaws but won’t fix them.
I have found another couple hacks😢. Fill completely, open to 5 or above, Tip the bottle completely up and instead of sucking, blow. Then suck before returning the bottle to upright. Sometimes you’ll hear a small pop. It’s fixed some of my more difficult ones.
And one I had didn’t fix with any of this and I was playing with the nozzle and saw that the plastic was slit, but not all the way through. Made the slit complete and it worked.
Some won’t fix at all. I save them and call for replacement

It shouldn't be this difficult. This bottle trend isn't going to last.
If you don’t want to have it you don’t, but a lot of people will put up with it because when you get it working it works.
I believe they are going to work out the issues. Until recently they were a private company, meaning they only sold online and didn’t even have a whole lot of flavors/bottles/ etc. now they have a lot of choices and things have evolved a bit already. I put up with the small hassles because it gives me what I want and need where I haven’t found that elsewhere. I hope if you have one you’ll end up enjoying it or find another use, or person to gift it to that will
