That is a Himalayan variegated Pine. We've had that for about 10 years and it has been fairly slow growing to this point to know where is maybe 10 ft tall. Variegation seems to get better and better every year and when the wind blows it just is amazing. I've never seen another one attic Garden Center and I've noticed there's very little info online about them.
