the first girl should not get back together with her partner. he was actively trying to sabotage her, so she can stay submissive to him. Getting a woman pregnant, just so she can stay in the house and be job-free sounds like a abuse tactic.

I've been in a committed relationship with my husband for 16 years, married for 13. I think you should leave because he has a serious character flaw and lacks maturity. I'm looking at the situation beyond the cheating. You went to school so that you could eventually get a job and contribute to the household so he knew this from jump. Then, when you get a job, he purposefully gets you pregnant so that hopefully you don't continue with the job. Bringing life into the world on some manipulative stuff is a big warning ⚠️ (even if you guys were planning to have more kids in the future). Then he went with some low hanging fruit just because he was feeling a way about you making more money than him, really! It's giving red pill vibes. Also, as a woman, you need to also think about being financially secure in case y'all dont work out. Just my opinion.
The first story- the cheating might can be forgiven bc he came clean immediately but the baby trapping was insane

And my husband was the same way, I made more money then him and he would cheat on me when I start working at new places which messed with my mental and cause me to lose my job. 1st girl should divorce her so-called husband for emotionally and mentally cheating. You NEVER go outside your marriage to vent to another woman about your marriage. That leaves room for other possibilities to happen ie the kiss. Yeah he told her about what he did but he was still sneaking around with someone that 1. Knows her children 2. now knows her business and 3. That can lead to a fatal attraction.
What he did to her was reproductive coercion. Insecure, jealous men trap women of substance to keep them submissive and under control by getting them pregnant. That can come with birth control sabotage as well. I would never stay with a man who told me he's jealous of me making more money than him, especially when he's supposed to know YOU (mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically). This a nasty spirit to have, AND you stepped outside of our covenant and couldn't be man enough to tell me your issues? Marriage counseling isn't going to fix that because he's always going to harbor ill feelings and have ill intentions with her.

I’m married. She should do the therapy. The fact that he confessed himself shows that there’s potential for them to grow from it. He seems remorseful but it’s up to her.

Hey boo thanks for entertaining us yet again!!! My hubby and I will be celebrating 8 years of marriage this year and 15 years of being together this year!!! So my advice for the first story is to def go to therapy!!! He did cross the line for sure, but he told her and seem to know he messed up. It could have been worst, glad it sounds like he didn’t have relations with the lady… Also discuss certain boundaries that can’t be crossed, if you both commit to respecting each others boundaries then there’s some hope. If he ever cross you again though, drop him bc he was warned. Also pray and ask God for guidance and also pray for mercy,grace and strength for yall family and marriage ❤️😊
Married woman here…he was wrong as hell for letting his pride to take over and reach out to another woman. His intentions weren’t to cheat, obviously bc he called her right away when the girl kissed him. I say counseling is the right option to unpack why her making more than him triggered him to seek comfort from another woman. I don’t think it’s worth throwing away a man that wants his family, provides and was remorseful. I think it can be fixed. That’s a mistake…full blown cheating isn’t.
The First Lady should forgive him because he didn’t continue anything and called right away. However, he should’ve had that discussion with his wife vs the other woman. Kinda smiled when her car ended up in the lake somehow lol 😉🤣
First story: him venting to her instead of just talking to me in the first place, I could go to therapy with him for and let it go since he wasn’t flirting with her at all and she was the one who kissed him especially since he left right after and told me…but being so jealous of your own spouse’s success (when both incomes would go toward the family anyway) that you purposely try to sabotage them with pregnancy? That’s scary cold blooded behavior.
I could never do anything so manipulative and vindictive. Try to bring someone down like that, especially to someone who has never done anything bad to me let alone if I’m in love with said person. Now if you try me FIRST I’m liable to do anything in retaliation but I think I would still have limits because I don’t like to hurt people and I don’t like to look for nobody’s trouble unprovoked but start with me and imma give it back (working on getting better 😅). I’ve never been jealous of anyone b/c that’s not in me and that’s why I would struggle to let it go if someone did me dirty out of jealousy. Now if the wife can look back in her life and if she has ever done some weird stuff to an innocent person out of jealousy then she should find a way to forgive him unless she’ll be a hypocrite…but if she’s never been on that type of time 😬 idk I wouldn’t blame her if she never let that go.

I’m married and at one point I made more than my husband and there was no issue. He leveled up and is now the breadwinner. In that first story case yessss counseling is definitely needed but the lack of trust will still be there and the possibility of his insecurity going either further next time. For that I hate to say this but get that counseling and don’t discuss your pay with him any longer.. if he wants to feel like “the man” let him. Stack your paper and be great and have those funds in case of an emergency or one day he gets stupid.

The first story, girl needs to take the tiniest bit of accountability for her life.
He put her through school so she could get a good job. He worked so she could stay at home with the kids if she wanted. She obviously wanted to have another baby too (or else she was just stoopid as h***) and he did confess to the affair before he let it really wreck something up.
So she got her revenge, allegedly, in the most violent and rachet way possible and she's got a job making real grown up money.

If a person gets mad and beats up another person but then feels bad about what they did, are they a bad person? If a person drinks alcohol and drives one time and then feels bad, confesses, and repents, are they a bad person for doing that?

He was absolutely wrong for venting to another woman. But I have to give credit where it’s due. I don’t know to many men whom will get up and leave in the heat of the moment not only did he not give in to temptation but he went straight home and confessed then he allowed her to see his messages and she herself confirmed that there were no messages indicating that he was cheating. She definitely needs to give him another shot. Let it go and grow as a couple I hope he has learned his lesson about what he has done.
