The Acolyte costs more per episode but doesn’t come close to looking as good as Andor.
Plus run time too. Andor is practically double the total run time of most of the shows on the list. It was still an expensive show but obviously its gonna have a higher budget with a higher run time
Not many ppl watched Andor at first because Obi-Wan and Boba Fett weren't that well received by fans, so they weren't really that hyped up for it. They were wrong...
Just goes to show that more money doesn't make it better. Godzilla Minus One out performed so many big titles last year on a less than 15 million dollar budget
We should binge the entirety of Andor a few times over, just to pump those numbers up, because if there is ever a series that deserves more views, it's Andor. And hell, if Disney's only form for attention is reserved for whatever generates them the most amount of views and thus money... Making Andor more viewed, might cause Disney to think "Andor is really popular, we should use it as an example moving forwards for what works in Star Wars."

I enjoyed the Mandalorian a lot, with some exceptions (Jack Black and Lizzo comes to mind), The Boba Fett series was okay and Obi-wan was borderline bad at points with some extreme highs. And the Acolyte was just plain rubbish..
The sad thing is that number of views reflect nothing of actual quality. If a franchise has built up good will with fans something poor quality will have high views. Ie, Kenobi. Conversely if the franchise is struggling something of great quality will have low views. Ie, Andor We also have seen this happen with Marvel. Captain Marvel was perfectly placed between great projects and got good views despite being generally disliked.

I mostly agree with this, but star wars isn't oversaturated. Theres still so much content legends wise that would make some amazing shows, if done right. The issue with star wars is the directing (kathleen kennedy). Andor was amazing, but it was geared more towards adults (I am one), and a good amount of star wars audience is teenagers and children.
Everyone is talking about how underrated Andor is, but to be honest, it deserves to be the second least viewed for how they made it Episodes 1-3 are boring as hell, episodes 4 and 5 were all right, and episode 6 is where it starts to get really good. When I tried to watch it when it came out I just couldn’t because of how boring the beginning is, it doesn’t hook audiences. The only reason I got through it is I was sick and bored one weekend and I had time to binge, and I enjoyed it especially when it got to the prison and finale, but it takes a while to get to the good stuff which is not how a show should be. It needs a hook!

Exactly. It's definitely not ground breaking but it's not as bad as people are saying it is. Personally I give it a solid 5. It wasn't great but it was fine. I'm perfectly comfortable with watching it in my runthroughs of the entire series

It delves deeper in the sith, the lightsabers are actually good again in it, we get our first good live action sith since the prequels, the story is really entertaining, it’s not afraid to kill off characters and overall has a slightly darker tone that’s so refreshing. Ever since disney took over star wars almost every project has felt watered down and disneyfied. The Acolyte strayed from that and genuenly feels more like authentic star wars than like 90% of what disney produces.

The story is laughable, all the characters were bad and no one really cared about them dying, but i bet mostly surprised they died at all which i'll give them credit for, and the lightsaber combat was horrendous. Best thing to come out by Disney's standards sure, but it's only sped up with illogical decision making and stupid poses for no reason. The lightsabers literally clip through each other a bunch of times and don't at all look like they're making contact in other scenes.
