I love the quad squad!!! I'm very quad dominant naturally and it's nice to see someone actually embracing. The whole "how to grow your glutes without growing your thighs" movement is toxic as hell. I wanna build a balanced physique and feel good about myself doing it, so thank you!!!
This was so good. I also think a lot of girls don't realize if your trying to grow you have to be on a calorie surplus to also grow in strength too! A lot of women want an ass and legs not realizing what all it really takes!

An esier version of The forward lunge (with dumbells) is to take a step back instead of forward. It is also more safe for your knee if You are a beginner. Just a tip. Great video Hanna! 😋

I've rediscovered the leg extension machine recently and I've been using it a lot. I'm finding I get great pumps from explosively going up and then going down as slow as possible. There's a lot of grunting involved.

That wouldn’t be something to make a video about.. simply focus on the work out, focus on what that exercise is targeting and think of the growth and pump of the targeted muscle. FOCUS on the workout mainly , it’s not literally a “mind muscle” in our body 😂 it’s our mind and having focus on our workout to tell your mind to focus on the growth
One simple trick is, if you have a hand free, touch the muscle you are working with your hand during the movements. One for glutes is doing a back extension movement and simply touch your glutes during the entire movement. You’ll start to focus on that particular muscle group.
Studies have shown squats with weight in frontline position are up to 30% more effective than in backwards position meaning you can put less load on your back and knees. There is also a strong indication that a variety of low and high intense exercises should be used in conjuction. I've watched your video "This Full-Body Workout WILL Get You Results FOR REAL" and it was excellent. I suggest you take 4 exercises from it, combine them with 4 less intensive and add 2 of your own - the best workout ever!

Just came across ya videos like how in depth you get about the workouts while also sharing the importance in mainly effort of the execution. That's where people give up at. They don't know how executing the workout in a certain ways help gain the results they're looking for. Sn I'm pretty sure the guy playing music sees you vlogging he doesn't have to blast it.
