This week's video is showing you how I updated my kitchen on a budget. I have painted the cabinets and tiles to completely transform my kitchen! Have used Frenchic paint.

I am right in the middle of this now...Dazzle Me on tiles, just done three coats, def needs four or even five 🤔 and City Slicker on the kitchen doors tomorrow. You done a great job, I needed the reminder why I started this 😂
I'm sure it will be worth all the job 🙏👌 I did put 4 coats on tile, better more than less ;) keep going nearly dear
@@ActiveMuse yeah four coats a charm. Just one more coat tomorrow on the cupboards but already they look really cool. Buggered now lol but got dream kitchen for £44 plus brushes.

We are doing ours now. You are right, this is the best video. It shows how much work is involved and doesn't try to make it look like a 2 minute job! Hope your kitchen turned out great!
@@dee4174 yeah true...it goes on well but even so, it takes the coats which even with those fantastic brushes (ppl pls dont skimp on the brushes as they give the coverage and finish) it is bloody hard work. Kitchen does look much better. I have just done bathroom tiles with blackjack 750ml ixed with 60ml of dazzle me for a nearly black colour, as I love the black slate tiles look. That looks great and that was much easier doing those tiles than the cupboards in kitchen.
How you find your kitchen now Dee? Or are you too knackered to type lol

I badly wanted to paint floor, but with 4 kids 🙈🙈🙈 bikes, scooter, things falling al the time a bit afraid 🙈

Such a good video! You have the exact same cabinets as myself, i was tempted in removing the laminate in hope the paint will last longer. Which would you say came out better between the ones with and without laminate? X
