I have this machine and love it! I love pour over coffees, but I'm too lazy/busy/unskilled to do it on my own, also zero desire to invest the time or effort. I pair it with a Wilfa Uniform grinder, and get really good coffee every morning with no hassle.
Oh I bet!! I can see this working beautifully in a coffee shop! That’s why my whole review was based on the “at-home” user, more than anything. I’m glad to see it’s being helpful where you work ☕️
i got this machine and returned it. i went back to hand brewing after a week. this volume of water varies too much for me. it's too risky when you are using expensive beans. in my experience, it doesn't really save much time.
If you're not really getting a proper pourover pour, or a swirl to a flat bed, and you still have to rinse your paper and grind/dose manually... what this is is a very limited small batch dripper, it's not a pourover in any sense that matters. A sage precision brewer is half as much as this, and Wilfa's small batch brewer is about the same. (Or just make a V60, it's super quick and easy anyway!)
Pretty weird out of all the techniques they decided to substitute, pour over with a machine that doesn't actually pour over, idk, looks too extra for me.
Fantastic and honest review. I also like that you gave us your opinion right at the beginning
Thank you for this feedback! I’m glad you found it useful ☕️

That’s amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I’m very happy you’ve found the perfect gadget to simplify your mornings ☕️☺️
How how does a V60 with drip assist cup of coffee compare to a Hikaru V60 cup of coffee?
Shop where,I work its very convenient, specially Im alone,I can do some other things or other orders while waiting for the v60 to finish

Seems like we had a very similar experience with it… I’m sorry! 😞

To be fair, it pours water over coffee. I just don’t know how much people would need this at home!
