I am so happy I found you and your channel! I used to bead a little bit when I was in high-school but I haven't done it in so long! I am wanting to start a business focusing on custom hat bands and head stalls!!
I’ve watched like 50 videos in the last week that didn’t make much sense to me and then I stumbled across your channel! Thank you! You’ve been it 100000x easier for me to start my beading journey! I really appreciate it more than you know! 😁
Thank you for watching! I am so happy to be helping others! When I was teaching myself, I went to TH-cam, and just never really found exactly what I was looking for. That’s what I’m hoping to do here!
Hey this is the second of your videos I have watched. I was looking for a program to create peyote patterns for beginner beaders and came upon your video. Simple and not all the fluff. Thanks
Hi there! I have never beaded on a loom before, and watching your videos have motivated me to try it. I don’t see a link for the combs that you used to straighten the knots and beads. Can you share where you got that or add a link?
I do not use the round beads, I find that they leave spaces. I actually started out using the round beads and switched to delica/square because they all touch and leave no gaps. Thanks for watching!
We have never had an issue with any bead breakage from sewing. We did have one single bead get broken during shipping a couple of years ago, but that’s the only issue we have had using delicas.
When you buy a color kit. Do you get to choose the colors you want or are they random? Ps I love your videos! Helped so much. And so easy to follow! I actually used to do this with my grandma when I was a kid. And now I need some extra income. Thanks for all the helpful tips.
I did not get to choose the colors, but I order all my beads from Golden Aged Beads for great prices if you have specific colors in mind. Thanks for watching!
I have always used them interchangeably and they look great! I do prefer the shiny ones, but some colors only come in matte, or they may be out of stock when I need them. Thanks for watching!
Hi, I am seriously considering beading for business and the Bead 204 software that you are using will come in handy since I don't know how to draw patterns but I couldn't find it when I googled. Where can I find it and hope that it won't be difficult to operate since I was born before technology. I have subscribe to your channel with the hope that it will help me learn more. I am a South African and beads are an integral of our culture. Thanks for your insightful channel
Thank you so much for watching! I love that you are wanting to learn a trade that is part of South Africa’s culture! So, it is actually BeadTool4. Try googling that! Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi, super excited I found your videos! Do you have a general size guide that you use for dog collars? Designed my first one using bead tool, just not sure how long I need it. Is the measurement in beadtool pretty accurate?
Thank you so much for watching! I wish I could tell you that beadtool has given me accurate measurements…but that is not the case! I am so lucky to have an excellent leather partner. I just make beadstrips and she works her leather magic to make it fit the clients measurements…whether that be human or 4 legged friend…we even made one for a goat one time 😂
Hi, Emily. I ran across your TH-cam channel while browsing through beading videos. I also tried looking for your instagram page but couldn’t find it. Are you still beading or do you still have your instagram account? I am a novice metal smith who just started beading. I’m not giving up working with metal to work with beads, just trying something different. Your work is absolutely amazing and thought I would follow you on instagram. Thanks for sharing your work and beautiful work.

Hi Shabanm! I have a video that walks you through the whole beading process, it is called Beading 101. I do not do the leatherwork. I send all of my beadstrips to my leather partner, Mile High Supply, to finish my pieces. Thanks for watching!

Hi Kate, thank you for watching! I am working on that video now 👍🏻

Hi Tanks as your naic video and I wait to your next video .

Where can I find the combs for this loom ? I have some broken teeth on my combs. Thanks.
I get mine from Crazy Crow Trading Post, but I believe they have them on Amazon. I have also been told that flea combs work just as well.

Crazy Crow Trading Post or Amazon
The 11/0 Miyuki beads that are round work? Or
I used round bead for my first few projects, but didn’t like the gaps that they left.
I feel so stupid- where is the link to the cord on Amazon? Thank you, you are awesome!
I was looking at the seed beads and notice some of them say 11/0 round. Do you use the round seed beads or the square?
I do not use the round beads, I find that they leave spaces. I actually started out using the round beads and switched to delica/square because they all touch and leave no gaps. Thanks for watching!
Hi there! Could this be used for the popular bead straps on purses? I have not found a tutorial yet that fits what I’m looking for. Thanks!
I think it could! I would reinforce it with leather just to make it that much more durable.
I really want to get into beading for belts, how would I go about finding someone to do the leather work? Any tips?
There is a Facebook page called USA Made Cowboy Marketplace. I would ask around in there. Lots of talented leather workers.
I noticed you said you use delica's do you have a problem sewing them on the belt?
with no space in between the beads and all.
We have never had an issue with any bead breakage from sewing. We did have one single bead get broken during shipping a couple of years ago, but that’s the only issue we have had using delicas.
Where can I purchase the loom that you show in your tutorial?
There is a link in the description box for the loom that I use. You can purchase on Amazon or from Crazy Crow Trading Post.

Out of curiosity do you prefer their matte or more luminescent beads? Wondering if projects look best with all beads being one finish or another:)
I have always used them interchangeably and they look great! I do prefer the shiny ones, but some colors only come in matte, or they may be out of stock when I need them. Thanks for watching!
